Last week I made an appointment to have my 2025 vehicle

Last week I made an appointment to have my 2025 vehicle inspected and oil changed. I specially asked to wait for my vehicle. My appointment was for 7:30 AM, when I arrived I was told it would be a 1.5 to 2 hour wait due since they told me I was slated as a dropoff. Not the case. This is one reason I do not take my cars to dealers. They sell you a vehicle but give you the run around for service most likely because I wasn't paying for the service.

The salesman was nice but the car advertised that I went

The salesman was nice but the car advertised that I went to look at was a rust heap with a big gouge/hole in the rear quarter panel. How did it pass inspection? It definitely wasn't worth the asking price.. Very disappointed in Cochran Nissian

Aryon Thompson at #1 Cochran was a big help. He was patient with me, asked questions and tried his best to get the best vehicle for me. We looked at several vehicles and found the right one. Through the whole process, I did not feel rest nor did I felt like I made the wrong decision. He was nice and communicated with me every step of the way. And to top it off, I thought he was Aaron Donald at first glance. Lol

Bought a Nissan Armada from #1cochran, Ayron was able to

Bought a Nissan Armada from #1cochran, Ayron was able to get me what i wanted for my trade (matching Carvana) in under an hour after dealing with a few other places who weren't able to do so. He also was very easy to communicate with and got me answers to all questions. Easy transaction, no nonsense, no pushiness. He is also pretty funny which make the overall stress of car buying easy.

So disappointed, was in process of getting financing, insurance, etc and the car was sold. Dealership was aware that I was working on purchasing car. Don't know if I will trust them if I see another car from them that I am interested in.

Zero stars would be the best rating to the worst

Zero stars would be the best rating to the worst experience I have ever had with a car dealership. I plan to stay away from all #1 Cochrans and share my story to friends and family so they can do so as well. #1 Cochran can sell cars but expecting them to have the same eagerness to correct a situation when they sold you a defective "new" vehicle and already have your money was the biggest mistake I made.
