Outstanding service
I am a big believer that a dealership should take care of your car. Honda of Fort Myers does exactly that. I have taken 4 different Honda products to this dealership and have been super satisfied with the results. The dealership works with me, explains what is recommended to be done and gives me the option of what work to be performed with absolutely no pressure. I am satisfied with their prices. Great service
I had scheduled my service call on line, very nice. They took my car in on time, had the parts I needed, (battery pack recall) and had me back on the road in less than an hour. Supper efficient, my thanks to my service writer. Jesse Nettles

Incompetent Mechanic
The service department charged me $1,000.00 to misdiagnose my vehicle, they seized my Engine and won't admit fault or refund diagnosis fee.

Worked with me
I was nearing the end of my CRV lease and went in to talk to sales. Irma wiped my bank accounts out and I wasn't able to afford another CRV. My sales person, Jake Novak, worked with me to get a Fit at a lease price I could afford. I love Honda of Fort Myers.

Oil change & check up
Took my car in without appointment for oil change & check up... I was greeted with such kindness and told they were very busy.... Dave came out checked me in. Less than an hour later my car was washed and ready to go... Great job guys!!!
