Brought a car after 3 days had transmission problems went back to dealer who sent car to mechanic problem was not corrected. Dealership refused to refund... money swore and threatened my son in law. Refused to fix car finally gave the car back it was of no use to me haven't heard from them again.Please if you value your money don't i am 72 and on a fixed income
Don, his wife, ken are all unprofessional they will sale beat down cars and will not give you your money back ! The owner don will cruse at you and tell... you he does not care !

Lied about the vehicle, check engine light came on within 4 miles, called and no answer. Took the car back and they refused to give me my money back. Disputing... with bank for Fraud. Told it was 1 owner, no wrecks with 154K miles. Every bit of that is not true. Now he is adding more lies on other sites for the bad review.
They are careless about their customers and didn't want to help . They are completely rude. They will hang up on you. The warranty they gave us no one... wanted to take it because it seem fake to them. The cat is not drive able

Please save yourself the heartache and pain of having your money taken by these people. They refuse to return phone calls and do not keep their promises... regarding repairs. My son got stranded within 1 week of purchasing a vehicle from these people and when I called to them there wasn't any concern whatsoever. We have been shafted. Please go somewhere else. There should be a way to give them negative stars.
Who would steal money from a 70 plus year old woman, on oxygen, who gets fatigued after walking 20 feet. That would be Cypress “Christian” Auto Sales... on Stuebner-Airline in Spring, TX. Mom bought a car from them a few weeks ago. Paid cash. Was told she had a 90-day warranty. Within a few days, a headlight quit working and the transmission went out. They said they would fix it; it was under warranty. Took almost a month later to find out they couldn’t. They didn’t pay for their insurance until a couple weeks after mom bought the car. Insurance wouldn’t pay to get the transmission fixed, neither would Cypress “Christian” Auto Sales. Mom took the car back and after a lot of arguing she swapped the first car for another one and paid another thousand dollars. Trouble is, Blue Book says the car is only worth half of what she paid for it AND the transmission didn’t work on that one either. Put the foot on the gas pedal and the transmission made a lot of noise and took quite a while to get into gear. Mom took that car back too. Now she’s out several thousand dollars and still no car. Thank you Cypress “Christian” Auto Sales. NOT. And now I find out from a previous employee that he pays people to write 5-star reviews. Wow. Don’t believe a single word that comes from the people from that company.
