    On 05/09/2020 I bought a car I found on their website. I dealt with Pete, he seemed like a great guy and very reasonable so we finally agreed upon a fair... contract with a warranty, including a promise to fix the CEL that had been on since the day I went and looked at it but Pete assured me it was on due to the car needing a new gas cap and told me to take it to a VOLKSWAGEN dealership NEAR me. VW put new cap on but I didn’t even get out of the parking lot when the CEL came back on. VW ran a diagnostic and was reading faulty in a radiator sensor. I immediately tell Pete and he said that it’s impossible for it to be bad cuz it was replaced (never got any paperwork when I asked for it) and would not allow me to get repairs done locally and he would only repair if I took the car to HIM (which is just under a 2 HOUR drive, one way) so his mechanic can see if anything’s wrong and if so, he’ll fix it... He had no cares that I take care of my mother with Alzheimer’s and can’t just up and leave. ****UPDATE**** Pete actually replied to one of my texts and we finally agreed that he’d have the car picked up on 9/14/20 by an employee, leaving me a rental. Well here it is, almost end of September and back to no replies and a broke car. I have months of logged screen recorded texts, sent/ unanswered emails, and attempted phone calls. I don’t even know how I’m supposed to get my LP’s. SMH

    Tried to buy a car from their back in February of 2020. I made multiple appointments to look at a vehicle and the person never showed up. I was left just... sitting there. Ended up buying a car from a dealer who actually cared about customers.

    Bought a car from these guys and started having problems with it immediately. Transmission started to violently shift gears. They changed the transmission... for free but didn't install the front driveshaft. I had no four wheel drive. They offered to buy the car back from me when I got a new car. After the owner said he'd wire me the money, I never heard from him again. Ghosted my calls and my texts. Dave is a good guy but Peter will ghost you after he makes a promise.

    Pretty good place to buy a car. Still looking, but might come back. Service was fast and friendly. Definitely thinking of coming back here. Trying to look... for the best deal;.

    I was looking for a low mileage small wagon for my son. I searched on line using Cars.com, and came across a 2003 Mazda wagon with a little over 30k miles.... I called, got a full description from David, additional photos of the underside and we made a deal. I booked a flight(I live in North Carolina and my son lives in Hudson Valley). Dave sent someone to meet me at Newark airport. He was early! Once at the dealership, we went for a test drive. Everything was as described! I took deliver of the car, drove to NY, next day 650 miles to North Carolina! Trouble free! Thanks to Skyline for making this transaction super easy!!
