Bait and Switch
I made an agreement to buy a Hyundai Elantra Blue HEV, VIN # was on their website and I got an assurance that my deposit would hold that car when it got it. I had the first refusal on the car. I get a call that my car is in. Went to the dealership with my trade (and Carvana offer) This is where it becomes unreal. The salesman shows me the car, it's all covered in plastic still as it wasn't prepped, but it was a hybrid, Elantra, and the color of the car I made the deal on. So we proceeded to the paperwork. Some classic BS maneuvering with how much I expect for trade, etc. Then he shows me the paperwork. $37,377 for the car, I made an agreement to buy a $25,505 car, I thought. Turns out this one was a Limited, thus a $30,400 car. Either way, they added $7K to the "Market Value" of the car, thus making my trade (already $2K under Carvana's) $7K less. They started talking all kinds of double talk, the sticker isn't the price, it's our price, blah blah blah. I'm a numbers guy and tossing unreasonable numbers at me won't confuse me, it'll just harden my resolve. I told them I'd take it for sticker price and accept their trade number. They wouldn't even respond to that. I said fine, we're done here. I grabbed the paperwork I had signed and was told I couldn't take it. I said fine, so I tore each piece into quarters. At which the manager comes in and starts yelling at me. Why are you tearing "MY Paperwork!" I said we have no deal and I signed these papers, so I'm destroying them. He continued yelling at me telling me I asked about features that were only on the Limited. I was done with them, had all my things, and left with him still yelling at me. I have an email with one of the managers with the VIN number specified in it saying yes that would be my car. They obviously wanted to move a car on July 31st for the incentives. Well they messed that up didn't they? They got greedy and failed to sell a $30K car. This is a most disreputable car dealership, I have never dealt with dealers that played that game. And many of them are trash. Do not even consider them, there are other dealers in Florida, and worth the drive to avoid these scondrels.

David Messinger likes to violate peoples rights
So Mr David Messinger does not take well that his department is incompetent. I raised issues that he will not honor the warranty. Do I wrote reviews and lodged a major complaint with Hyundai America Corporate. They did not like that the fact that I will fight for what I believe in. Once I lodged my complaints they scratched my car and will not take accountability for it. Now that I threatened legal action and filed a major complaint with Hyundai Mr. Messinger has stoop so low that it is unprofessional. He sent me a letter that stated I am not welcome on Wallace Automotive Group Polucy. Let it be know wit that said and I did raise legal recourse it is constitutionally protected and he personally had discriminated and retaliated against me. This is such a patent example of a company who will violate peoples write and do not care. Please stay far away from all of Wallace Automotive Group. Do not buy nothing from these vindictive, deceitful, lying, and would violate peoples rights then address the issue.

fantastic dealer fast reasonabl and most of all Ho
My wife purchased her her used 2014 saanta fe sport locally from in North palm beachnorth palm Beach, one service call made us realize we needed a new service dealer. We went to wallace in Stuart fl. Service was fantastic, din'r try to sell us anything we didn't need.. They were so good to us our daughter went to them to purchase a 2107 santa fe sport.. She now drive the 25 miles just to get her oil changed rather than deal with our local dealer. If my wife ever needs ANY dealer repair we have decided to pay the $95 tow charge to get to Wallace, in the long run we feel we will be saving mony and be treated well. I drive a GMC product and if Wallace serviced them They would be my place for dealer repairs Brock

Vindictive
When I left my vehicle there for service that Chris the service manager, David Messinger and Rusty Wallace VP refuses to honor the Hyundai warranty, I filed a complaint with Hyundai America and when I went to pick up my vehicle there was a long scratch on my car looks like from a key that I truly feel was vindictive and out of retaliation for filing a complaint. They will not fix my scratch which my car was in their property and in their possession. What a bunch of crooked, vindictive, and deceitful people. Please if you choose to take your car to Wallace Hyundai be very careful.

Customer no service
Well the service manager Chris refused to honor the Hyundai bumper to bumper warranty and told me that he did not want my business. Well my leather is peeling on my 2021 Hyundai Sonata. They will not honor the inclusive warranty which "covers components that originally installed or manufactured by Hyundai that becomes defective either by factory workmanship or materials. The coverage applies to any part that is faulty with regular use and has been appropriately maintained." I had to file a complaint with Hyundai America for the dealership's lack of honoring their own warranty. Now since i tried to explain this to the service manager he still refuses to honor the warranty. I then escalated this and Amir was having another conversation with someone else and not paying attention to my issue. I then escalated it to Mr. Messenger the so called director of Wallace automotive group which he too would not honor Hyundai's warranty. I asked to speak to his boss and gave me a fictitious name of Mr. Smith which like everyone else will not call me back. Mr. Messenger went to the low extent to tell me that they will not service my vehicle and I would have to find a new dealership which is now more than 50 miles away. This is not just discriminating it is wrong. Wallace Automotive Group does not care about their customers nor any customers that stand up for their rights when it is the customer who is buying the car that pays their salary. This has been the worst experience I ever had with any dealership. Also I paid for Hyundai's Scheduled Maintenance Wrap which covers all scheduled maintenance recommended by Hyundai at each mileage interval. the service department never heard of this and they are the service department, what a shame. In my opinion I had to post a star to post but it deserves ZERO STARS

Great experience!
So thankful for my experience working with Todd Holcomb. He was very professional and friendly. I feel like I was well supported in making the best decision that I could for my future. Gary in finance was also very helpful and friendly! Thank you so much for the amazing experience while buying my first car!

Avoid Wallace Hyundai in Stuart, FL
Wallace Hyundai: These are not honest people, no integrity. They will waste your time and not represent used cars properly. Wasted 2 days of my time including a vacation day and for nothing. Many fees. Discourteous, rude. Will not fix damage – expecting customer to fix damage that other auto sellers routinely fix – as part of ripping you off. Would not apply $100 coupon. Wanted prepay on vehicle sight unseen. Avoid. You have been warned.

The salesmen mistreat younger female owners.
The salesman who sold me my car had me pay$250 for window etching to be done to my car and it was supposed to be done within a week of my car purchase. It’s been almost 4 months and I still haven’t had it done. I go in today for service, and I mention I haven’t had it done yet and I was told to go to a man for it to be done. I ask my salesman for this man and supposedly he’s not there all of a sudden. I end up leaving the dealership and I call to see if there was anyone else who could have done it and they tell me to turn around and come back. I wait 45 mins and no one acknowledged me. Finally I get up to ask when it can be done since they had me turn around and come back, then they tell me the product they need to do the etching is out of stock. They had me not only turn around but wait 45 mins for no reason.

Forget this dealership! Typical misleading ads!
Went with ad to lease a car. Dealership would not honor their advertised price. All of a sudden I had to qualify for all these dealer rebates which it DIDNOT mention in the ad. Be within 2 years of graduating college- reallly?!?! Don’t lease to older people I guess. Do yourself a favor - go somewhere else.
