This is one of those dealerships you always hear about. They will screw you, lie to you, and treat you like an imbecile. I took my Cadillac ATS to them... numerous times for a check engine light. It was under warranty so I guess they decided to milk it. EVERY time I picked the car up(usually after at least a week and after I had scheduled it in)the light would come back on within 10 miles. Finally, I took it to Auto Zone and had them check the code 3 times. Then took it back to the dealership and told the service manager what the code meant and the best fix. They actually listened and repaired it finally. Took it back in December for three different problems, and after a week(of course) nothing was done with a bunch of BS excuses. On Jan 6, my temp gauge pegged out so I had it towed over 60 miles to them. after TWO weeks on Jan 20, they called me to say my warranty had expired and to replace the thermostat would cost $800. I have been in truck parts for 37 years, and found out the thermostat costs $80 so apparently the labor for a 45 minute job is $720. I bought a new GMC pickup after Christmas and didn't even consider buying it from them. If service will screw you this bad, the sales dept will definitely bend you over. There is a reason they have changed names so many times.
*Free oil changes for life* - Lie.. *Free tires for life* - lie.. So tired of blanket answers and the run around. Be hesitant, "owners" change and promises... will be broken, compensation will not happen, in the end you are left with lies written on paper.

Unfortunately, your Oil Changes for Life did not transfer when the previous dealership went of business, even though you may have paid the p revious business extra money for these benefits. Corley Chevrolet received no compensation what so ever to continue these services. We understand the impact this may have on our clients, so we worked hard and researched the Muskogee area to make sure our new oil change prices (that include so many other benefits) are still the lowest price in town. Found a 2016 Chevy Camaro 2LT submitted that I was intetested in it online and the next day I received a call from Wesley in sales. He was very friendly... and answered all the questions I had. Corley Chevrolet and Cadillac of Muskogee has to be the MOST dishonest, deplorable car dealership anyone could deal with. They sold me a car with factory... navigation. Navigation was not on the car after I signed the paperwork and refused to have it installed. Also, salesperson stated the car had a spare tire or inflation kit, it did not. I have been passed off to five different people and tried for two weeks to work something out to no avail. It's time I contact my attorney. Once, the GM even stated I should have check to see if it had a spare and not just believe what I was told by the salesperson. . . I’m really extremely dissatisfied!!! I would give this Dealership a ZERO!!!

I went in for an oil change. It took 1 hour and 45 minutes to get it done,\. Way too long.

It does take us a little longer than you nor...mal oil change because we also rotate your tires, preform a multi-point inspection and wash your vehicle before returning it to you. Will not stand by their commitments. I got tires for life and oil changes for life and they do not stand by either one of them now very disappointed

I was very impressed by Lucky who was very laid back and no pressure, he was honest and he assured me that he would work to get a fair price. Michael was... very helpful and got the numbers to me in a timely manner. Dalton was very helpful when we closed and I was in and out in less than two hours.
Wesley was amazing in helping and helped so much more than I could imagine! Customer service was great not just from Wesley but all of the staff! Definitely... will get our next car here as well!
I live quite a ways from any dealership so I was prepared to drive quite a ways in order to get a good deal. It turns out that Corley was the best deal... I could find within a days drive (10 hours). They were easy to communicate with, and had everything ready to go when I got there. The staff was friendly and helpful. Everything was as described, they even included spray-in bedliner for no extra cost. Would recommend.
