The sales person was very nice at first when he was showing us the car. He had friendly conversations with us. Once we decided to buy the car, his attitude... changed. The car came with no mats, the finance guy told him to get us mats using his employee discount. The car also had no gas in it. Once we were done with all the paper work, the sales person walked us to the car. When we asked about the mats, he told us to buy them from Ebay with an attitude. Also, the gas he said they don't fill up gas for used cars. His attitude completes changed like he wanted to get rid of us. The freindlyness was totally gone.
I came to buy or lease a car. "jack" was our sale person. He barely spoke any english but i wanted to give him a chance, so i patiently tried. Because... of his limited english, there were many times i felt frustrated and his most common response was: don't worry about it. As we run through the numbers, i realized i did not want to do business with this dealership. I walked to the counter and wanted to make sure my credit report was not run as i given NO permission in writing or digitally. The person at the desk said he already run my report. He challenged me to call the police (instead of apologizing). I left and i bought a 4Runner from another dealer. BE VERY CAREFUL of this place, They lie and they do not care about you. Stay away fro this place. They illegaly run my report to claim it was misunderstanding. I am filing a report with every agency to take this place DOWN.
Our salesman, Sam, understood just what we wanted. He was very efficient and polite. Would recommend him and all other people that helped us.

Excellent experience with George and felt comfortable and the process went smoothly. 10 stars for George. Barry Johnson is the best service manager. Taking my Toyota's to him for several years and he is efficient, timely, and considerate. Always informative... about diagnosis of potential problems too.

I've had my 2013 Corolla for abit over a year now. Really sorry Melody offered this car. 79000 plus mileage then. 84000 now. My fault for buying it but... I was in a hurry. They did replace the suspension which i appreciated. Crank Positioning Sensor failed. Yes, service was good but the $1400 'warranty' i bought didn't cover it. I think it won't cover anything, to be honest. I'll live with this mistake.
