Deception

Toyota Camry Hybrid LE 2022. Car price 30.981. Auto white. Mileage 23.240. I was the owner of this car. Has a problem with the fuel system. On the panel where the speed. Shows a division of about 200 miles. But on the onboard computer. Indicates that you need to refuel. That is different values. It looks like it is verbatim. Like a factory marriage. On this occasion . I had a disagreement with a Toyota Dealer San Bruno. And they refused me to solve this problem. And I had to exchange this car! I was the owner of this car. But I turned to various organizations for help. Also deceived when selling and buying a new car. At their dealership. I lost all money. Literally. Be extremely careful.

Horrible experience and nightmare!!

Experience was horrible. Lost my job 2 days after I bought car. Found out dealership can take car back but they declined knowing my situation.

They didn't know much about there cars controls, wanted...

They didn't know much about there cars controls, wanted to much for cars here,the salesmen would disappear for twenty minutes at a time,they don't have a lot of cars,on my trade in I said can I see the blue book? They wouldn't show it to me,wife wanted the car we paid $3,000 to much,after we paid for the car they didn't want to know us! We are almost 70

My service appt was at 915. They took it at 10! Service manager was rude! My warranty is up, bye Victory you'll never see me again!

Scam artists at best! Beware!

Do NOT shop here! They will waste your time. Agreed upon car was not at the store but a "similar" vehicle with significant markup conveniently was. The sales manager, Stephen Tran, and the GM, Isaaq Ayoob, were unapologetic and dismissive. If you don't have a car, then don't pretend like you have it! Victory Automotive Group, your brand is hurting due to people like this. There are more honest dealerships in the Bay area. Beware, shop elsewhere!!

We have been buying form Melody snice 2003. We always have good experience in here. My Sales assistance Gary has good knowledge and good customer service. We will definitely recommend everyone to go there.

Absolutely worst dealership in the area. First question...

Absolutely worst dealership in the area. First question they ask is "are you buying today?" and then goes "come back when you want to buy". My friend ended up buying Honda the same day from a different dealership. I would never go here for my own car as well and make sure all my friends and family stays away from here. May be they just treat foreign people like that. Whatever it is, they are not getting our business

Salesperson got rude once we decide to buy

The sales person was very nice at first when he was showing us the car. He had friendly conversations with us. Once we decided to buy the car, his attitude changed. The car came with no mats, the finance guy told him to get us mats using his employee discount. The car also had no gas in it. Once we were done with all the paper work, the sales person walked us to the car. When we asked about the mats, he told us to buy them from Ebay with an attitude. Also, the gas he said they don't fill up gas for used cars. His attitude completes changed like he wanted to get rid of us. The freindlyness was totally gone.

stay away fro this place

I came to buy or lease a car. "jack" was our sale person. He barely spoke any english but i wanted to give him a chance, so i patiently tried. Because of his limited english, there were many times i felt frustrated and his most common response was: don't worry about it. As we run through the numbers, i realized i did not want to do business with this dealership. I walked to the counter and wanted to make sure my credit report was not run as i given NO permission in writing or digitally. The person at the desk said he already run my report. He challenged me to call the police (instead of apologizing). I left and i bought a 4Runner from another dealer. BE VERY CAREFUL of this place, They lie and they do not care about you. Stay away fro this place. They illegaly run my report to claim it was misunderstanding. I am filing a report with every agency to take this place DOWN.
