dont ever go there. this place is a scam. They say you dont have coverage you paid for then make you wait 3 hours to tell you they dont even have the tire in stock

Through the whole process, I had help from Johnny Hernandez at the dealership who was super patient, understanding of my needs in a car and allowed me to properly weigh my options. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience which led to a sale that day. I finally bought my first car! Thanks to everyone at Westchester Toyota for your help.

Never again---service center at vredenburg av, yonkers is no better than trial&error wayside mechanic - only more expensive! Be sure they dont confuse you with autorepair jargons. they couldn't properly diagnose my 2010 hybrid problem. Salesman kept insisting to replace parts like manifold which in my opinion had nothing to do with new 12v battery frequently running out of charge, and I was correct. Doled out $1k+ to toyota before being allowed to towed my car away. Never again!

Estoy tan agradecida con el señor Johnny Hernández fue muy honesto,amable y servicial.sin duda alguna volveré y Pues claro que llevaré mi familia y amigos a este lugar y que el señor Hernández lo atienda compre una crv 2021 quedé encantada con el servicio la profesionalidad con la que este señor trabajo tanto así que mi esposo y yo sentíamos como si lo conociéramos de toda la vida porque da una confianza que es de admirar a ojos cerrado vuelvo y lo recomiendo gracias por su profesionalismo su tiempo y su comprensión. Un servicio 10/10 mi carro en perfectas condiciones y tanto así que hasta la placa se la pone el mismo ósea es algo a otro nivel me despido besos y si piensan ir a este lugar vallan no se arrepentirán y pregunten por Johnny Hernández no suelo hacer reviews pero sin duda alguna este merecía un poco de mi tiempo sin duda alguna no podía quedarme sin hacer el comentario estoy tan feliz

I had the pleasure to work with Abraham who took the time to listen to everything I wanted and went out of his way and found the exact vehicle I wanted. They didn’t have the vehicle I was looking for in stock there but Abraham made it happen and got me my car from a nearby dealership and got the car within the week! They were very fair and worked with me. 5 stars across the board for Abraham and Westchester Toyota!
