Did a Good Sales Job
Original salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly, but he had to leave for a family emergency. The second guy was also very friendly and knowledgeable. Only problem was the management who said they would do the USAA loan application but then refused to do it, so I had to do it on line myself.

We appreciate your positive feedback regarding your sales consultant and the knowledge and friendliness of our staff. It seems that there may have been a miscommunication regarding our ability to process a USAA credit application. We are able to provide all documentation to USAA in order to help process your loan however we cannot actually apply with USAA on your behalf. USAA is what is referred to as a "direct lender" meaning they will only deal with you, the customer and will not communicate directly with the dealership as compared to an "indirect lender" who will do everything without you needing to call and apply for financing yourselves. We are always happy to help facilitate financing with USAA or any other "direct" lender however our hands are tied by their own lending regulations. We apologize for this misunderstanding and appreciate your business.

Car Buying Experience- Good
I recently purchased a certified pre-owned Jeep from this dealership. James helped me and my father with the purchase. Overall I did feel that I got a fair price on the Jeep. The only complaints I have is that it took a lot longer time-wise than any other car purchase I've done. It also was a holiday, so Im not sure if that had anything to do with it. The manager Tim did buy us lunch while we were sitting waiting which was very kind. A few days after purchasing my car I found that a standard tool kit was missing. This is vital to be able to pop the top off the jeep. I called and asked about it and did not get a call back from James for a few days, so I called again today and he asked me to come by tomorrow and try to figure it out. So I guess we will see what happens.

My experience
My experience with the salesman James was great. He knew exactly what we were looking for and had knowledge of the function of the vehicle. Garland the finance guy explained everything in detail and was able to work with us within our budget. Don the WestGate Regional manager was extremely helpful and caring.

Not a good experience
I spent several days after the purchase working to refinance the vehicle after I received an unnecessarily high finance rate. It is still unclear to me why the high rate was provided. The end result was I refinanced the vehicle at a rate 1.7 % lower than the rate I had when I left the dealership. The refinance was at the same bank provided by the dealership! Saved a couple of thousand dollars in finance cost, but I should not have had to do this. Something is not right there in the finance department.

Ken as previously discussed we are sorry you feel that you were unfairly charged a higher interest rate than the "prevailing rate" rates vary from lender to lender and are not set by the dealership but by whichever bank or credit union ultimately decided to finalize and fund the bank contract, this dealership nor any other would ever "conspire" to charge a higher interest rate to any customer. This is not something that would benefit any party including ourselves or our customers and we strive for the highest level of customer service. We will always offer you the most competitive rate available to us at the time of sale. It is not usual that a sales manager and business manager would communicate about a deal as it is occurring as this is meant to speed up the process by informing the business office of the details of the deal so that you do not have to wait for them to review all details from scratch. To address the rate issue once again, Rates are assigned by the lenders that are available at the time the deal is finalized and are set by the lender based on multiple factors. All details including interest rate are reviewed with our customers in detail prior to the final contract being signed and included in the truth in lending disclose built into the bank contract. Customers are welcome to shop for better rates elsewhere if it is available to them and provide their own funds. We are happy to help facilitate a refinance if you would like us to as previously discussed as more lenders are available to us now than at the time you finalized your deal. They didn’t waste my time, they provided what they promised. They worked with me on a wire transfer. They looked for the vehicle that we wanted that the previous dealer told me they couldn’t find.

My sales rep was very welcoming and eager to help and make sure i got the car i intended on getting at a good price ..also very friendly in assisting me and my mother time of visit ...the facility was clean and lots of friendly staff willing to help. Dodge Charger R/T Dream Car
My search for a new car was not planned. I just decided to stop by the dealership to see what was available IF I wanted to trade in my current Charger. To my surprise the perfect car was there for me. At no point did I feel pressured to buy, even after several test drives. Everyone I came in contact with was very friendly. After making the decision, Darlisha was there with me every step making sure I had the best experience and was able to drive away in my new Charger R/T.
