Great service all was done, very helpful and informative.

Great service all was done, very helpful and informative. All service was done quickly and very little time to wait. Tires rotated. All ready for my road trip in August .

The service department has been very good, from the advisors to the technicians. When my car was damaged by rats twice within two months they were great about keeping me updated on the progress of extensive repairs needed and recommended possible solutions to the rat problem.

Took my 2015, Forester to Subaru of San Bernardino, where I purchase it, for an oil change, while Service Rep, Pedro and I were doing a walk around, Pedro pointed out two tires with severe damage, which I was not aware of. I had all 4 tires, replaced. Another issue I had was with the the 'Radio/GPS Starlink' unit, which all features had gone dead, over the previous year. I previously had gone on-line to find the price of the unit, which listed at $2,400. I asked Pedro for an estimate, and he recommended I check with a car stereo business, or Best Buy, which I did. Best Buy installed a new unit for me, a savings of at least $1,800 !! Thank you Pedro!!!

Very attentive to my needs and desires. The purchasing process was quick and easy. The sales team went above and beyond to insure that I was completely satisfied with my purchase and options. Their follow-up to confirm with me that everything met my expectations was fantastic. The service department is also very professional and attentive. Their work on my vehicle was completed efficiently and delivered on the time promised.

Stay away.

Stay away. These guys were sketchy when I purchased 2019 Forester. Now purchasing 2024Foreseer - Premium, plf 15, warranty = 7 years/100k miles/zero copay. No trade-in, No Financing. This should make it easy to compare and come up with a competitive quote. Jeff starts out good by providing a test drive & I explain we’ll get back to him. I go in a few days later to Jeff and talk about a solid quote on the above-mentioned car. Jeff asks about other quotes and I show him proof. He walks away to talk to financing and his GSM and comes back with a quote of $36,400 with the warranty saying he’ll have to “short-sell” the warranty to make it work. I explain we’ll grab a cashiers check and wrap this up on Friday afternoon. I perform 2 follow-up calls to Jeff to make sure we have an all-in price with no shenanigans. He assured me we’re good. In the interim, Irvine Subaru calls and offers exact same car with same parameters for 35,800. I explain I sort of feel committed and the Subaru dealer is close but if anything goes sideways, I’ll throw him the business. Friday comes, We grab the car, they start the detailing, we sit at Jeff’s desk and fill out the ‘I’m not laundering money “ form. Jeff walks away and comes back saying he’s really really sorry but he can’t honor the price we agreed upon. I retrieve my cashier check, walk out, Phone Tim Allen at Irvine and ask if his price is still good. I then head to the bank and re-cut a check for $35,800 for Irvine Subaru. With Friday traffic to Orange County, 4-hours later, we have a 2024 Forester sitting in our driveway. Last thing, the next day, Jeff texts me asking if we’re still able eco the deal and I explain I should send his GSM a fruit bouquet for saving me $600 (I don’t think he believed I actually had a cheaper quote). The GSM was shady 5 years ago and still is today. Service department might be okay but don’t trust sales/Finance.

Hey Richard, thank you for taking my call and talking through this with me. As stated on the phone, I do believe there was some sort of human error on this visit. The dollar amount printed on the check matched what we were asking for the vehicle. Somehow, someway this was miscommunicated. Our general sales manager is in his first year with us, (not who you were thinking) but he'd love to shake your hand next time you're in for service.
