I tried to buy a car after 16 days still waiting for the old one to be paid off. I asked for no call, no email, no text etc well that did not happen.... I asked not to have Sirius XM that did not happen either.

Whatever you do, go somewhere else. Completely unprofessional. Manager Wayne was one of the worst people I've had the displeasure of working with. You... will be taken advantage of! Take it from me- a 20 year old girl who spent over 12hours total with these people, (who did not care that I repeatedly told them I needed to get to work. They literally told me I must stay for just "a few more minutes" which turned into hours. No lie.) & who ADMITTEDLY never went to purchase a car by myself before. So many wrongdoings, mistakes, hidden facts, & blatant lies on their part. I'd list all of them but we would be here quite awhile, trust me. But for example, they tried to put me (again, 20 years old) in a rental car & claimed they "didn't know" FL state law requires you to be 21 to drive one...they literally sell & rent cars for a living. They must not be trained at all because they all had absolutely no clue what to do throughout the whole process. Very rude, unhelpful group of people who genuinely do not care about their customers, who are paying them huge sums of money for cars. The manager WAYNE said such things to me over the phone as "I should hang up on you." "Do you want to call me back when you calm down" and many more rude and condescending things & then ACTUALLY HUNG UP ON ME, DIDN'T PICK UP WHEN I CALLED BACK, AND DENIED HAVING DONE SO- EVEN THOUGH HE TOLD ME HE SHOULD HANG UP ON ME, RIGHT BEFORE HE DID! All I was doing was during said phone call was asking for help regarding a specific matter, and standing up for myself given the situation THEY unfairly put me thru. I had EVERY right, & very good reason. You would think a manager would be able & WILLING to help in a professional and polite manner but I was treated like absolute dirt. Clearly he doesn't know how to do business, speak to paying customers, or deal with members of the opposite gender. Buy a car somewhere else!
