    Service department driver backed into my 2014 Jeep Grand Cherokee while it was parked at the service entrance waiting to be towed to another location.... Service Director Michael Lewis claimed responsibility for all damage and let me know their insurance company would be contacting me within a couple of days. That call never came so I wrote a few e-mails and calls that were never returned. I had to finally go through my insurance company to get my car fixed and they also have not been able to get any response from Michael Lewis or Arrigo. I have to spend over $1,700 out of pocket for an accident that was not my fault!

    Worst dealership! Don’t trust them! Definitely not loyal or ethical. They will lie to you and hunt you down to leave you without choice or option! John... - the general manager, Amiki - the finance manager! Avoid them! My only good comment is about the sales person Lindsey, she should definitely find a new job because she is too kind and good for this horrible place! DONT COME HERE! If you are looking to get a car just go to a dealership in Orlando! They will never do things like thy do it in this place! NOT sure where the owner is but I hope he fixes his business! And trust me.... I know how dealerships works because I’ve worked in car dealers before! If you don’t want to waste your time, just don’t come here!

    I bought the car of my dreams…but my dreams turned into nightmares the day I picked up my brand-new car from the dealership. My 2019 Dodge Challenger was... beautiful on the exterior, but the interior was dirty with handprints and a huge gash in the center of the dashboard. I had to fight with the service manager to replace the entire dashboard or to take the car back. After putting a claim into corporate, the service department honored my request with replacing the dashboard. A month passed and I was finally able to pick up my car…well that was not the case due to the huge scratch on the driver’s side door. Did the dealership and service department honestly think that I would not have noticed beyond the shiny wax they threw onto the car???…Come on!!! So first they refrain from telling me about the gash in the dashboard and now the scratch on the side of the door. You can imagine my frustration!!! Oh, and by the way did I mention that the inside of the car was still not wiped down after asking the service department to take care of it more than once. Let’s fast forward to a recent experience with the service department. I had unknowingly driven over a foot-long piece of metal that punctured the gas tank. I panicked and brought the car to the service department because the gas was leaking out from underneath the car and I did not know what else to do. As I arrived, a guy greeted me and asked if I had an appointment and then went on to say that the department was short staffed. I replied and said well no, but my car is leaking gas non-stop and needs to be looked at right away. In the hour and 45 minutes of waiting, I was approached by (5) five staff members and asked what was wrong with the car. Obviously, my situation was not an emergency!!! Finally, someone from inside the service department came out with a pad, took my key, and diagnosed the car. I was then asked if I needed a ride. Apparently, this location does not offer loaners…which is crap because I was able to use one of their cars when they replaced my dashboard. So, I went ahead and accepted an Uber ride home instead. When I returned to pick up my car, I was told that the car had little gas left in it so I said to the service guy did you leave me with enough to make it to the gas station? He replied yes, a ¼ of a tank. I proceed to do a once around the car, and of course the car was never put thru the car wash and the gas marks from the tires spinning were still there. At this point I am steaming but knew if I said anything more it would be a waste of my time and energy. On my way home, I stopped at the gas station and got my car washed. I looked forward to having an American made car but never in ALL my dreams would I have dreamt that this experience would happen to me or anyone else for that matter. The challenger was a gift to myself for my 40th birthday. I love my car and wanted to add striping, tint, and cool features to the interior but with all the headaches I have encountered I have decided not to invest any more money into the car. My experience with Arrigo Margate has been terrible, and not to mention their service department lacks customer service!!! I don’t foresee purchasing another vehicle with Arrigo Margate as the whole experience has been a disappointment and to be honest, I shouldn’t have to pay for ANY services for the trouble and aggravation I have had to put up with. After all is said and done, I was told that all Arrigo dealerships have had the most complaints of any car dealerships. I would advise not to purchase or lease a car from Arrigo Motor Group even if you think you are getting a deal of a lifetime, the customer service is not worth your time.

    Possibly one of the worst dealership experiences I have ever in my life. I have seen for a couple days now ads on instagram for leasing a scatpack challenger... 2020 for $185 a month. The ad does not state any money down, no credit score, nothing in its means. Today I decided to visit the dealership to check if I could manage to find a great price that equals the price I pay monthly on my car. On first impressions, the stock was very limited, being they only had one scatpack challenger in the inventory, not a new one, but the 2019. We were assisted by Josh, a very nice and great guy, a very good salesman. We discovered the deal had very special conditions in order to be applied, which were not listed in the instagram ad, so as every costumer, we tried to settle on deals according to our necessity. Turns out we could not settle on a deal with Josh, although he did try to make us the best of what he could have. Later, the manager comes in the room, whom I don’t know the name, lists the same deal Josh had previously stated, but with no interest denies our offer. He sat down, we probably exchanged around two sentences and he just said he would not do it. As I previously said, we went to the dealership to check on a very good deal we found online that could possibly match my monthly payment on my current vehicle, something I made sure to make clear to all the sales people. We then started to leave the dealership when we were approached by a bald man with a beard, who I suppose is in charge of the dealership due to his immense disrespectful attitude. I was approached by him, and questioned, “why would I come here with that price”, “its simple math, I don’t get it”, and also “its like going into a lamborghini store and asking for a $500 a month” all in his own words. It would be a lot simpler, if he had only said they could not close the deal on the price we desired, rather than questioning me. Politely, I responded, I am not here to argue, I came here to check on the offer, and we could not settle on a deal, which is okay. In my 45 years of life I have never experienced any worst behavior in a dealership, I have never felt this uncomfortable, judged, and disrespected by a company. I myself have bought cars at Dodge Schumacher previously, and their support was in no limits better than the behavior I was given in this situation. Everybody knows that companies spend millions of dollars to build a brand and create a reputation, I feel sorry for the company that a situation like this completely destroyed the brand image for us. Arrigo, I rarely post reviews, but the experience I had in your dealership today caused myself, my friends and family that now know never to step foot in the dealership again.

    I called Arrigo Margate to inquiry about a brand new 2020 Jeep Gladiator. Barbara Mullings was the one who was trying to help me. I called and asked about... the price of the Jeep and she gave me the price. I asked that it has a lot of discounts and she said, that $35,792 was the final price. She asked me for the info of my trade up , which I sent right away, about the payoff, sent also. No response from her. I text her, no response. Then after 2 or 3 days after, she told me that was NOT the price and that she told me .... no respect for my time or my situation. Carless and unprofessional. Will never try that dealer again just because of how unfairly I was treated. I felt like I was worthless.

    Review by Terry Daniels - The worst auto mistake of my life began when I purchased my brand new $70,000 RAM 2500 Limited truck from Arrigo Sawgrass back... in April of 2019. Upon my purchase I went over the truck the first time I washed it. There were numerous body issues with the truck. All chrome trim had water mark stains that would not come off. This included all four rims and the window trim. There was also a 4 inch pen line on the suede headliner of the truck and the driver side pained trim piece on RAM box door was coming off. I called my sales rep and he told me, “no problem, bring it in to the dealership”. When I took it into Arrigo Sawgrass to start fixing these issues, that’s when everything went downhill. Between Arrigo Margate and Arrigo Sawgrass they had my truck a total of 91 days. During that time I was driving Dodge Caravans, RAM 1500 and Jeep Wranglers, but mostly Dodge Caravans. When you are paying over a thousand dollars a month to drive a RAM 2500 Limited and you’re driving the furthest thing from it, it’s a very frustrating situation. Arrigo Sawgrass scratched 3 of my doors replacing the window trim and replaced the RAM box door with a new on that was not polished after paint and was peeling from the other end. When I called in disgust they did what they always do, say sorry and bring it back in. When I brought it back in I was very specific with the Arrigo Collision Center manager. I pointed out all the scratches on the door and the RAM box door that was worse than the original one. When I picked up the truck from Arrigo Sawgrass and got it home I noticed the whole front of the truck, from the side mirrors forward, they had sprayed the whole front of the truck with clear coat. This time I was furious. All the mirrors, windows, paint and badging of the truck was covered with clear coat. The RAM box was untouched and the rims they I was so disgusted that I had to again take it back to Arrigo Sawgrass. They gave the same BS and said they would fix it. I scheduled my appointment and wanted the manager of service to be there and also the General Manager to be there. They scheduled the appointment so all could be there. When I showed up it was just me and my service contact. Arrigo Sawgrass does not care! They have shown that over and over. I reviewed everything with my service contact, he apologized and I went off in my mini van. I picked it up and still the same thing they didn’t fix anything. I think that they were just trying to see if I would get so frustrated that I would just go away. But, at this point I was more determined. That is when something else happened. I was on vacation and a Service Engine Throttle light came on. When I got back I took it to Arrigo Margate thinking that they would be better than Arrigo Sawgrass. They initially diagnosed it as a battery. That turned into a call where they told me that I needed to replace the whole engine wiring harness on the truck because I had Ideal Truck and Automotive put an AFE cold air intake on the truck. They also said that if I didn’t replace the whole engine wiring harness and return the truck to factory air box that RAM would void my warranty. Went with my only option, replace the wiring harness. Took them over 3 weeks to replace the wiring harness. When I picked up the truck the same light came on before I even got home, embarrassing. By this time the truck is an absolute joke at work. Since I still needed Arrigo Sawgrass to fix the body issues I took it to them. Arrigo Sawgrass couldn’t figure out what was wrong with the truck. They had the truck for 4 weeks and gave it back to me. The next morning the light was back on. This went on and on from end of August till the beginning of October. I would pick it up and the light would be on the next day, sometimes the same night. Arrigo Sawgrass and Arrigo Margate do not care how long it takes and how inconvenienced you are.     Don’t bother coming here. They broke my window, I came back the follow week for them to correct it and they said there’s no way they broke it but my... service records show I only come here. Then they said they’ll fix it, then it was working fine for a day, then it wasn’t working again so I brought it back a week from then “fixing” it and they told me to come back Today for the manager to be able to approve the fix. I just left again for the 4th time this month. They said they’re not fixing what they broke, then tampered with. They proceeded to say they’ll give me a good deal on fixing it. Not only can’t they do a routine oil change in their “express lane” but they also break xxxx and not fix it properly. Not to mention my last oil change they failed to mention that the coolant was under the required amount. You wait 2 hours and the mechanics don’t notice the obvious. I’m pissed at the quality of service at this branch, I will be reaching out to the arrigo brothers because this is b.s. They even wanted me to wait 45 minutes just to give me a quote. Save time, money, and headache by going somewhere else.

    After some miscommunications with dealership, they truly made me a happy customer. After speaking with Jose, he got me everything I wanted in a car and... MORE. Jose as well as Rafael were very very informative and exceeded my expectations. They made the whole process super easy and I am so happy with my new Jeep! Could not thank Rafael and Jose enough! Would recommend them 100 percent!
