Great experience!

Looking to buy my new dream car and our salesman Hayden went above and beyond to make that happen! Chris in management and Mike in finance were very helpful and pleasant as well. Would definitely recommend this dealership!


Worst place ever

Worst place ever to purchase a car I have had no luck with them. We purchased a Ford Escape from them and after having it 3 months the electrical system went crazy and they would not fix it, told us it had a clean car fax and it did not come to find out, they traded me for a new Ford Focus and told me that was the only car they could get me into and after I got it home in 6 months as soon as summer hit the car started loosing power and not accelerating, we took it back 4 times and was in loaners more than we could count. They said nothing was wrong. 2 months later engine light came on and I took it to the South Charleston location and they said they would figure it out, called me that evening and said it was ready. I went down myself to pick it up since my husband works out of state and the manager there told me the whole cluster of wires behind the driver side head light and airbag was unplugged and blamed it on us told me we did it and must have had it to another garage when we had not other than the other Todd Judy location. Told me we had to pay for it to be fixed because this wasn’t there fault. After I threw a fit and told them I was going to call the better business they decided to fix it. We still could not drive are car in the heat and run the air because it would just stop running and Todd judy’s service still said nothing was wrong. 1 year and a half in and my car is setting at mark larose Ford with the ECM module and timing out of it. This place will rip you off faster than anything. I owe 24000 dollars for a car that won’t run and they won’t fix it. I hope Todd sees this and other people do not buy from here they do something to there vehicles.

Good experience, will pruchase again.

I saw a 2019 Subaru with 1,000 miles for sale, and went down to see it. The sales manager, Tyler, made sure that I was taken care of. He put an experienced sales person with me, and they were even okay with me financing with my credit union. They did convince me to let them have a look at my credit, and ended up being able to beat the rate I was given since it was on a used vehicle. They didn't run my credit a million times, just sent it to two or three banks, and I was able to get 2 full points lower than I would have at my credit union. I was blown away by the ease of the buying process. I know they sell cars "As-is" too, so you have to make sure you know what you're signing before you leave. I will be back.


Danger zone awful experience.

February I e mailed Todd Judy Ford and got a call back in thirty seconds. About a 2005 escape. I was told at this time that all of their used cars go through a 21 point inspection. The next day I went there. I took cash silver and my credit card and traded my car total of 2000 dollars. Everything I had. The test drive went well. How much can you really tell in a test drive.. On the way home the codes started flashing and going around a good curve it was scary. But I made it. After checking it out both ball joints are bad. Water pump is bad. 4 wheel drive needs work. Brakes need work. There is a short in the wiring which they took care of by taking the fuse out.. There was puke under the rear floor mats which was covered up with air spray. The sticker is bad. It would be impossible for this car to have any inspection at all. I left their lot in a unsafe car. They left me and my family without anything to drive. After my first e mail they would not respond. Nor would they respond to the BBB. I never thought that I should take a car from this car lot and take it to a different place to get checked out. I would have hope that they were true to their word. My bad...
