Great people and awesome service
I was greeted with a very friendly and professional service associate. She took care of me right away. I was there for a routine service. I also was able to talk to the service manager about some concerns with my 2016 Impala. He was able to answer my concerns with a possible transmission issue. I will continue to use them. I was in and out in about 75 minutes. Very good professional service here. I've been to other dealerships, and they exceeded my expectations. Being a former mechanic, I am picky, and they passed the test.

Very professional people
I called to make an appointment and see the car. The person on the line was polite and very helpful. We saw the car after a couple of hours and it was exactly as described in the car.com website. After we test drove it we decided it was a good deal. The whole process of purchasing the vehicle and turning the trade in was very convenient and straightforward. We are very happy with our purchase.

I dealt with Scott Richards and he was great to work with. I did a routine oil change and tire rotation. I felt that my vehicle was serviced in a timely manner and the staff was friendly. Scott went through the multipoint inspection with me and let me know the condition of my vehicle. This was a great experience and Scott did a great job!

Vehicle Financing Issues
I purchased a 2012 Equinox at the end of October 2020, I was approved by one of their financing companies, signed all of the paperwork, provided all of the information I needed to, and left with my vehicle. It is December 22, 2020 and I was told I now needed a co-signer due to Chevy Turnpike wanting to use a different Finance company or my vehicle could be repossessed. I went back and forth with Brett Fox since purchasing the vehicle about what went wrong and have been given 'the run around'. All I want is to keep my vehicle and make the payments as agreed in the original contract I signed. I can't believe something like this is even possible.

I don't recommend
I purchased a 2016 Silverado 1500 with around 35K miles on it and used my 2013 Jeep Wrangler as my trade. My Wrangler was in great shape, good tires, new brakes, new shocks and most important no service engine light. I drove my new 2016 Silverado for about a week when one morning on my way to work the service engine light came on. I contacted Turnpike Chevrolet about it and they setup an appointment for the following Saturday morning. Now keep in mind I haven't even made my 1st loan payment yet. They took my truck in the garage for a few hours. Once finished they returned with the truck and said the problem was fixed. I was told the problem was the P0446 code having to do with the EVAP system and will not be covered under any of the remaining warranty so I will have to pay. Needless to say I am not real happy about paying anything for repairs on a vehicle I've only had for a few weeks and haven't even made my 1st loan payment. BUYER BE-WHERE!! I reluctantly payed for the repairs but will NOT be returning to Turnpike Chevrolet of Morgantown for anything in the future. I give them 2 stars because I do like the truck.
