TLDR - Kevin, our sales guy was great!
TLDR - Kevin, our sales guy was great! I would work with him again in a heart beat! He's the reason this is rated at 2 stars, not lower. I won't be back and won't be recommending them to anyone. Here's the story - I was in the market for a new car. I am very picky about my vehicles. I know the features I want and I get them. Country Auto had one of the few available that met my parameters. We contacted them ahead of time to make sure the vehicle was still available, and hit the road. We live just under 2 hours away so driving there was a commitment to the vehicle. I wanted this vehicle. Now before you get into my story and write me off, yes, I realize I'm dealing with a car dealership. I understand there's some level of bargaining. Part of me wishes I had walked away. When we arrived, Kevin met us in the parking lot and drove the vehicle around. He was very patient while we went through the car, test drove, and answered all of our questions. Like I said, he was fantastic to work with. The vehicle had a cracked windshield and something wrong in the suspension which we knew we could fix once we got home. We went in to go talk numbers. Apparently the advertised price (which I thought was very fair for the vehicle) was actually not the price they were going to sell it for. The put Lo-Jack on all of their vehicle which raises the starting "bargaining" price by $1200 plus the processing fee of $499. We didn't want the Lo-Jack so we took that off the price and added in estimated cost to replace the windshield and suspension on our end and asked for an initial $900 credit towards the vehicle since they wouldn't be responsible for fixing those things...seems fair, right? Nope! That's when the manager comes in. The manager speaks with a very loud voice and comes in very aggressively (but he's a used car dealer, right?) After we hear his entire speech about how he "can't possibly sell it to us for the price we offered," he comes back with agreeing to $500 credit towards the suspension and the windshield. This, however, is ONLY off the price if we agree to keep the Lo-Jack, thus, we would be paying $700 more for a vehicle than we had anticipated, plus the $499 so an extra $1200 total from the list price on a vehicle we drove 2 hours to purchase. We couldn't get the $500 credit on price otherwise because they would be out too much money due to losing money on the Lo-Jack. In the end, we ended up paying full list price plus the processing, no credit for the items that needed to be fixed. We decided arguing over $500 was not worth it, maybe we should have stuck to our guns. After pricing the windshield, that repair is $1000 minimum!!!! ...so there goes another $1000, but us not knowing that price is not on them, that's on us. The ENTIRE ordeal left a very scummy feeling. We are now almost 3 weeks out. I do love my vehicle. I wish the purchasing process had gone slightly differently and I would have held my ground a bit more. Then, the reason that prompted me to finally post my review. We have yet to receive the title to the vehicle. I can't register my vehicle. We had been promised the title within 1-2 week. We're nearing 3. This means I will have to pay penalty fees for late registration on top of all the other extra I'm needing to pay for. I'm a teacher and next week is conferences for me which means I am at work too late each day to get to the DOT. Now, I'm not a person to complain without offering a solution. If you read this review, Country Auto, you may think about adding the price of the Lo-Jack into your price. It would still make your vehicle prices in the same running as everyone else and would be a nice "added bonus" to your customers. Having this knowledge ahead of time would have made me feel a bit better about the entire transaction. Do with that info, what you will.

Very disappointed with this company, the sales guy was
Very disappointed with this company, the sales guy was easy to work with but when it came down to appraisal of my trade in I was very disappointed. They made up a laundry list of things that they said are wrong with the vehicle but some of those were lies. They don’t give you a realistic trade in price so they can make tons of money on your trade. The next day I took truck to a mechanic that’s know to be the best in my small town and the items country auto mechanic said was wrong the truck didn’t have any of the problems. They also said the vehicle I went to look at was the most amazing clean truck you can find. But the steering wheel was off and it pulled very hard to the right but blamed it on the tires, they do have tons of nice cars but the trade in value side and mechanic is not trust worthy.

Recently purchased a 2019 BMW 300i from Caiden B.
Recently purchased a 2019 BMW 300i from Caiden B. Talked to him about what I was looking for, and he found my dream car for me with even more features than I imagined. Finance department is great as well. Came into the process with a rate and bank in mind, which they were able to beat by a whole percentage point. Highly recommend Country Auto if you're looking for a used car in the Omaha area. They will take great care of you!

Terrible.
Terrible. Contacted them about a vehicle and they couldn't answer a single question I had about it. Guy on the phone was no help at all just kept saying his manager deals with stuff like that not him. Said he'd follow up on full videos of the car since they only had 4 photos posted , none underneath and none of the motor, never did follow up. Car dealership that doesn't wanna sell cars. 0 starts if I could

If this vehicle wouldn't have been what we were looking
If this vehicle wouldn't have been what we were looking for our son's first vehicle, although overpriced, we would have ran for the hills. Still wished we would. We showed up to the dealership and took the vehicle for a test drive. Notified the staff that TWO lights were on, on the dash and they claimed they would look into it while we discussed finances. We sat in a room for an hour and a half, and the manager would peek his head in and say that some old guy was really holding them up. I looked in the office of the finance guy and our salesman had his feet kicked up and they both had sandwiches Infront of them chit chatting. The finance guy eventually comes in with a packet of paper and instead of explaining it to us page by page to sign he just handed it to us with no instruction. The mileage on the paperwork was off a significant amount from what it was being sold to us as. We were given the wrong title to sign, in which thankfully we noticed before we left. As we were asking questions they were leading us to the door. They said they fixed one light but not the other. The lady who handles the title reassured us we could go anywhere to get the license plates. We asked her if she could specifically send it to our county's courthouse. We get a call a week later they sent it to another county. So now we have to go buy plates at one county and turn them into another county and pay for new ones. Leaving the dealership following the vehicle home we notice the brake lights burnt out. There was so many red flags that we should have quit while we were ahead. The manager Alex had called about our concerns and was extremely rude and defensive. Alex is sending a check for 5$ for the exchanging of plates to be done in the correct county. The whole experience was a mix of extremely poor customer service and lack of respect towards the customers. The manage was more interested in letting customers know he was an "Ex professional sports player" and couldn't put his ego aside to be personal and respectful towards our time and patience spent at his business.
