Had great communications with Jesse and scheduled a test drive which was fine except for getting to Walmart to stop and return and discovering the key was back at the dealership, so almost got stuck. Later bought the car and went smoothly except got home and tire pressures were from 34 to 55 psi, and rear wiper package was left on and scratched window before I discovered it.

Very easy going and had the financial end done in A plus time. Jesse the salesman is top notch. Ben in finance very easy going. 2nd truck bought here and both easy going deals.

Got hung up on by Justin because I was asking about a warranty. They ran my credit seven times after telling them not to. I was approved for a truck in the sales manager didn’t even bother calling me back. Terrible customer service.

Best car buying experience. From our initial contact with Mary to working with Patrick, we highly recommend this dealership. Patrick made the process very easy and pleasant. We drove from NY and it was worth the 7hr trip. The Finance manager, Ben, was also very pleasant to work with. Overall, just great to work with people who work hard to ensure their customers are driving away happy.

We used to be loyal to Lakeside Ford from the time we purchased our '16 Escape. At some point the dealership has been sold to new owners. It's been downhill ever since. The service department is a farce. Today was the last straw. I no longer have trust in them CAVEAT EMPTOR!!
