Not so satisfied .
This is the only Genesis Dealer in my area. My relationship started off strong but it was always slow, I always had to do the calling and checking because communication was terrible ….but they did resolve my issues. The latest issue lasted months , the usual guy who ordered warranty replacement parts left, quit or whatever and I was never notified. The new person took over and assured me she would be better. Rinse and repeat…so fast for forward , parts came in, they gave me a loaner which I appreciated . My repair took longer than I expected with absolutely no communication from the new girl. I finally get my car back and it has been infested with ants! I commute to work and was at the mercy of these ants for over a week. I called to speak with the GM, no return call, called back to speak with the Service Manager, no return call. I did not want to throw this out there but I have given opportunities to talk about this to no avail .
Great job and done in a timely manner. Very friendly and courteous staff!! Was ready for me as soon as I got there. Nice clean waiting area.

Great team and service with a smile. Very appreciative!! Very timely and vehicle ran great!! Had our vehicle needing to be flushed and all fluids and filters done. When finished the vehicle runs like a dream!

Good service is always welcome
I have been dealing with this dealership every since I’ve lived in the state of South Carolina,and the service is always good.The service I received on September 15,2021 when I purchased a 2022 Hyundai Tucson,was one of the best if not the best service I’ve gotten from any dealership ever.

Rachael is awesome-professional, courteous and knowledgeable. Simple oil change this time but done in record time. Trying to get through to the service department by phone or online, however, is next to impossible. A dramatic shift from earlier experiences.
