    I was very uncomfortable buying a used car from a dealership so far away from home, but Brian made this process very easy for me and was so helpful with... giving me honest information about the vehicle that I was looking to purchase. He took it for a test drive for me, sent me videos and pictures, and gave me a very good understanding of what I was getting into before I committed and made the drive to Downers Grove. When I arrived, the vehicle was precisely how Brian described to me and I am confident that I was treated with honesty. I would absolutely recommend.

    Just drove 2hr look at a flex walked into dealer 2 guys throwing a foot ball around 2girl dancing shaking her booty turned around and left .what a joke

    After a horrible experience with a different dealership, I couldn’t be happier with the service at CarLotz. After a small miscommunication, we weren’t... sure we were going to be able to see the car we were interested in...but the Assistant Manager, LaDale, not only helped - he went above and beyond to make us happy. We were in a time crunch as my daughter had to leave to go out of town immediately after the holidays. The car we wanted wasn’t supposed to be ready for a couple days. LaDale was able to get the service department to expedite the process: the vehicle was detailed, test driven, purchased and driven home within hours. He thoroughly explained the entire buying process, was forthcoming about all fees, answered our questions and made sure my daughter understood the registration process for her state. If you’re in the market to buy/sell, I highly recommend CarLotz and, more specifically, LaDale.

    Bought a 2010 Hyundai Genisis 10/2018. After sighing for car on drive home check engine light came on. Took the car the next day to independent mechanic.... Ran codes read camshaft sensors.Brought back to dealership spoke to Tim manager sent it out said it needed a new battery.Took car home light off . Spent the next year in and out of repairs. Also spoke to John Foley from Carlotz Corp in Virginia. Tim promised me it would be fixed. Check engine light on and off.Took it threw emissions of course did not pass. Finally diagnosed as timing chain engine shot. Arter talking with Tim they knew of the problem he asked John Foley to fix it after finding the problem early on and he refused. Tim the salesman has quit saying they rip off people all the time. So I am out $10000 grand. Stay away from this dealership. Read all the reveiws they have done this to a lot of people.

    This was one of the best car buying experiences I've had. There was no haggling over the price, which was already a good deal, and no "I have to check... with my sales manager". The sales rep, Timte, explained everything and the whole process was quick and seamless. I will certainly consider CarLotz for my next vehicle purchase.

    Buying my first car in America was a good experience. The aura of the dealership was a vibe. -Swanky colors -Good Music -Coffee/Tea/Water Tim was... an amazing consultant to work with. He was very helpful and kind. It was a seamless hassle free process. I test drove the vehicle by myself without a salesman. I am still in shock I have purchased my first vehicle. Such a great experience.

    The staff was friendly and helpful. The transaction was very smooth and easy. A few days after we got the vehicle home, the vehicle began leaking transmission... fluid. The dealership fixed the issue with no problems whatsoever and no charge to us. I would most definitely recommend CarLotz to others.
