The Butler group is great.

The Butler group is great. No matter what dealership I went to. Just purchased a new Chevy 2500 and by far the easiest process ever Jason is amazing

The facility was clean, There was enough in stock to make a solid choice. Our sales person was very friendly,helpful and welcoming. He was efficient in his knowledge about the different vehicles he presented to us. The overall process seemed a lot faster than other car buying experiences I've had in the past.

Had our vehicle towed there while 500 miles from home.

Had our vehicle towed there while 500 miles from home. Stranded and at their mercy, After waiting a day and half, my husband has to call and they tell us the turbos blew and sent parts throughout the engine and it was going to cost in excess of $30k to fix. It was a 2010 Silverado with 256k miles and we could not justify putting that kind of money into it. After scouring dealerships within the region, they found a truck just north of Altanta. So I guess when dealerships decide they want a mark up a vehicle by $3000 they add it as accessories and call it a day. The finance manager said it was perfectly legal and clearly a markup fee. So this was almost as much as what they ‘gave us’ for a trade in. I happen to see it when I go get the paperwork for the insurance company. They told my husband it was a fee for delivering the vehicle (it came from 2 hours north) and we were charged a $799 delivery fee. Way to go Butler Chevrolet for taking advantage of us in an already vulnerable situation. I will never ever recommend this dealership. Now we even question if our original vehicle needed this extensive service. You lied! You are costing us money! Your sales men and your owner should be ashamed but I know you are not!
