Sales experience was good until after you buy the vehicle they won't bother helping after that. Fiance department would do anything to run your credit... despite already being approved from somewhere else just to get their hands on commission
On May 14,2019 my wife and I went to iride to look at a vehicle we saw on line. Unfortunately that vehicle turned out to be less than we hoped for. However... Justin Young , our sales professional turned the situation around with his professional and caring personality. He listened to our concernes and told us he understood our situation. He promised to find us another vehicle which he got us from a different location all the way from Clermont. He was really helpful and pleasant. He even gave me a ride home in his own can at some point. He was really great and we are glad he was our rep. I was watching a vehicle for about 3 weeks and finally decided to go in and check out the car. Made an appointment with Victor Pagan (great guy). When... I got to the dealership, well let's just say that someone else was already getting a deal written on the car I specifically was interested in. Victor was disappointed that someone else was buying the car and promised he would have the used car buyer find me another just like the one I wanted. Long story short. I left and was on my way to Mt. Dora. My phone rang and it was Victor. The other person's deal fell through and I was asked to return to the dealership. I did and the sales team was great. Especially Victor and the buyer for the used cars. I found a few issues and they wrote out a type of repair ticket so that I can have everything fixed, no charge. I had to go back and forth with the finance manager, but after we agreed to disagree on the gap insurance and the overpriced warranty they tried to hit me with, it was all good. I got rid of a car I did not like and got the vehicle I wanted. Thank you Victor Pagan...YOU ARE AWESOME. All the sales people that I encountered were courteous and very helpful. I hope it stays that way when I go in for these minor repairs.
I am the guy who just last week posted a very favorable review for I Ride in Sanford, FL. As mentioned earlier, I purchased a car from them and was well... impressed with what I thought to be a friendly professional disposition from the staff. Unfortunately, after purchase, things changed. I found a few but minor issues with the car and thought surely the folks at I Ride would continue to be helpful. Well…………………not exactly. I had earlier met with the sales manager, Nei Rodrigues, who stated that they would take care of my concerns. I informed Nei at that time that I would call to confirm an appointment to bring my car in. Well, I called on Friday, left word at the front desk and then a voicemail to Nei, stating that I wanted to set up an appointment to bring my car in. To my surprise, I did not get a return call. I then called my sales rep, Nate Zeller and left him a voice mail stating that I need to set up the appointment. Again, no return call. Perhaps it was a busy Friday and they just did not have a chance to return my call. So, I waited until early Saturday and tried again. I called the sales manager once again and left another voice mail, who again did not return my call. Later in the day I left another message, but again, my call was not returned. No return call from either the sales rep or his sales manager. I hate to admit it, but their earlier friendly and helpful disposition as gone. They have my money now. No need to return phone calls! No need to address my concerns! No need to be professional any longer. Once again, I like the car, the price was reasonable, but I will not purchase another car from IRide and will inform anyone looking there to get in writing any promises made!
We didn’t leave with a car today, but we left understanding the process a lot better thanks to a great salesman Steven Salgado! He was so helpful and kind... and we felt listened to and cared for the whole time. Thanks Steven for your help!

I had been researching a used car to buy when I came upon a low mileage Toyota for a great price. I contacted the dealership by phone and encountered surprisingly... easy communication and started the process it was easy as pie they were honest low pressure and extremely accommodating. I was in and out in two hours I highly recommend them and will buy from them again. For a great experience ask for Justin he’s a wonderful sales guy!
