Good Value . The buyer has to be careful though and negotiate the price and do the homework. Still one of the best good used car dealership in my opinion. Much more safe and reliable than the little guys . Ask for Jasmine, great sales associate, very professional. Moustafa financial officer, very helpful guy

Styles and Benjamin were nice during my process however ,...

Styles and Benjamin were nice during my process however , they were not familiar with the requirements to register a car bought out of state which left me in a position to have to pay close to 3k to have my car shipped back and fourth. If they would have knew the procedure for buying a car out of state , my review would be a lot different. Nonetheless good manipulative salesman.

I purchased a car on 12/24/20, paid it in full. Rihanna...

I purchased a car on 12/24/20, paid it in full. Rihanna was nice to work with. Then it went downhill. They “owed” us a back up camera. We were told it was no big deal to install the camera. When I asked for an update on the camera, I was told a supervisor would call me. 1.5 weeks went by without a call. It took over a month and 2 visits to actually get the camera. On 2/1, we still did not have the title or the car tag. I was told the title would be mailed to me. It is now 2/12 and still no title. Each time I call the main office to ask about the title, I have to leave a message and no one calls me back. The title has been with ALM since 1/11.

Hello Mr. Howell. First of all, I am Mrs. Richardson. Secondly, it has been more than just “misunderstanding” with our situation and we have been more than patient. Your team dropped the ball on several items. We were first told when we bought the car the camera could be installed the following week. It was finally scheduled 2 weeks out. It takes us almost an hour to get to Union City. We dropped off the car on 1/4 and the camera was supposed be installed the next day. We got a call at almost 6 pm saying they couldn’t do it. Aaron said it may take 1-2 weeks to reschedule. He never called after 2 weeks so I called him. He said a supervisor would call me that afternoon. Another 1.5 weeks go by and no one from ALM called. Then my husband called the service manager on 1/29. We finally got the camera installed on 2/2. Aaron never apologized that we had to drive out there a 2nd time or that it took so long to do the install. He also didn’t give us any paperwork related to the install. Only the things we found were a pamphlet and the old mirror in the passenger seat. The other issue is the tag and title. Our temporary tag was expiring on 2/7. On 2/1, I called ALM South to get an update. I was told it was with our county tag office. The tag office said they didn’t have anything on the car. But they looked up the VIN and saw the title was sent from the prior owner and was with ALM since 1/11. So I called ALM South again and they gave me the number for the corporate office. I called corporate. They told me the title would be mailed to me. We finally got the license plate on 2/8. But still no title. My husband tried calling ALM South but got the run around. I called the corporate office several times this week to see where the title is. No one will answer the phone. I left 3 voicemails and no one has responded. I want to know why ALM was selling a car that they didn’t have the title for. And why the title sat at ALM for 3 weeks before processing it. I wonder if it would have been even processed if I hadn’t called on 2/1. We have tried to be patient but when no one answers the phone or returns calls, we got frustrated. I find it odd/funny that someone will respond to this negative rating but not to customers trying to get what they need. I received an email today from dealer rater asking for a rating so I took this opportunity to voice my concerns.
