Everyone was nice and made sure that they kept me informed on the statue of my service. They made sure that I was comfortable while I waited.

If I could give 0 stars- I would Terrible customer service in the service area 2/2 visits. Poorly trained staff. Extremely long wait time last WITH an appointment. Job is not done right the first time - they cut corners, then are apologetic when you start asking questions. I waited 2 hours to receive my car back from them after using their “COMPLIMENTARY VIP OIL SERVICE” ... take my advice and run!

Kia provided great and professional service. The staff was friendly and it didn't take long to complete the service. Will be back and definitely recommend.
