Fantastic sales and Mouhamad Sobh was excellent. This was my first time dealing with online sales, and Mouhamad walked me through with gracefulness and... ease. I had made some changes from my first request, but that was no big deal for Mouhamad. We quickly communicated what exactly I was looking for, and boom Mouhamad fixed it and got me going. Awesome experience.

A big Thank you to Jacob in customer service, he was patient with all my questions and presumed problems that I had. I was some what apprehensive at first... but the car is very nice and all is well. My only problem was that the delivery ended up being after dark and the drivers were having some problems, was late, ended up taking delivery the next day, much better.

Vroom was very easy to work with. The car experts were very patient and understanding. They work with you and help you as much as possible.

Especially for doing everything online!! Highly RECOMMENDED!! Ten stars!! Excellent service team members, very professional and answer any questions, will... be using them later on!!

My experience with Vroom was great. I read some reviews claiming that the customer service was poor but that was not the case for me. I was contacted right... away after I put my deposit down to hold the car I wanted. My car specialist Hussein did a great job guiding me through the purchasing process and was able to answer all of my questions. My contract and paperwork were sent promptly and after sending in my deposit the vehicle I purchased was sent out for delivery in two days. The vehicle was delivered on time a few days later and was exactly as described. I am very pleased with the service provided by Vroom and I am glad I chose them for the purchase of my new vehicle!

My review is for the customer service area. I chose whatever car to get approved then called to get the car removed from my transaction. It is still pending... in my account. How can I buy a car if the staffs don't want to help. Lol.

Y'all I've never bought a car with so much ease! I was scared at first but I would do it all over again if I had to! I got to choose from several vehicles... without running around town and all the information to the vehicles is right there! The customer service is great! I would most definitely say shop Vroom!!

It was nice to be able to shop on-line and avoid many trips to dealerships, but as senior citizens, the internet is still a bit difficult for us to access.... We were also a bit overwhelmed at how complicated the whole process is (still working on ours). We were more than pleased with our sales rep, but a bit disappointed as how long we had to be on hold for help with contract questions.

This was a very good experience and was quick and painless. The offered price was by far a better deal than any other offer. Selling a car should always... be this easy.
