    This is your classic swamp car dealership. Promise you everything and deliver on nothing. Good luck if you sign and drive with these gents because they... will hand you your xxx. Stay away and remember if the deal sounds to good to be true its because it is to good to be true. They cant sell cars if they tell the truth. Record audio and video if you have a hope in xxxx of any recourse for the xxxxty deal they will give you.

    Everyone was so nice and helpful.. They are busy but they have great deals and really nice staff. They were honest about their inventory and showed me... what I could afford.. They let me take my new car to my mechanic and of course its not perfect, its a used car but it was what I was looking for and in my budget. I will definitely go back when I need a car again. I send people their way all the time that buy cars and they have great experiences too.

    the sales staff was great to work with and the deals they have are amazing...i dont know what these crazies with bad reviews are doing..they were very... busy when i was there but we got a great deal and taken care of..

    I went to this dealership on Friday July 5th and was working with Brad the salesperson. We were looking at a 2013 ford focus I specifically asked Brad... has this car ever been in water and he said NO. I took him on his word the car drove ok there was something wrong with the suspension but I thought that my mechanic could handle that so I purchased the vehicle. on Sunday I took the car for an oil change the mechanic asked me do you know how long this car has been sitting in water I said I'm sorry what she said yeah this has been sitting in water. I said no I was not aware I just purchased the vehicle on Friday. She said well its been in the water so long that the bolts are stuck to the vehicle so she had to use vice grips to cut the bolts off. she got the bolts out gave me an oil change and then put new bolts back in the vehicle. I called the dealership on Tuesday and tried to speak with the owner John because he was the one that also helped me with the purchase and I figured that he was the only one that could help me to determine if he would be able to help to put me in a better vehicle or just give me my money back. Alex car sales person said no we can help you I said ok well here is what is going on I explained the whole rusted out water damaged car and he said oh no i'm sorry I will need to check with John to see if there is anything that can be done. I asked if he could have John call me back which he never has. I have been working with Brad on a daily basis trying to get this resolved. Brad keeps telling me well I will need to run that option by John. I just want them to either return my money or put me in a car that will run properly. So their solution was to have me come in and look at a 2015 ford Fiesta and we all know the Fiesta is a lesser vehicle than the Ford Fusion so they said come in drive this one and we will see what we can do. I took time off from work the next day drove to Delaware and they sent me on my way to my mechanic that checked out the vehicle. I knew right away something was wrong because I almost bounced out of the lot in the car not stable at all. Come to find out the front struts are shot and even fell apart in the mechanics hand I took that piece back to Brad he said oh its not that bad its just a rubber piece I said that is a piece of the strut. After a thorough inspection by my personal mechanic they wrote up all the things that were wrong with this vehicle and they gave me a price of what they would charge to fix the items and they priced everything at cost I watched them directly put down the prices directly from Auto Zone with no mark up it needs a new driver side outer mirror price directly from the ford parts counter is 495 the plate that covers the engine underneath the vehicle which also comes from ford directly costs 150 then I need 2 new struts 4 new tires and 4 new TPMS sensors as the ones on there now are damaged. The total bill is 2388 to fix everything that is wrong. So I take it back to Starfleet Brad was with another customer and was trying to do all of the work in the office on his own which is not the way to run the business. I went to the back to see if John was in today and he said no why what do you have. I said well we are closer to making a deal but I need some help the vehicle you had me take to the mechanic needs some repairs so you can either reduce the car by 2388 and I will take care of everything that needs to be done or you can fix the car and sell it to me for $6,000 out the door he said no I can't do that he said I can raise the price of the car to $7,100 and fix everything and you can go from there I said no. I am not paying more for the car for you to fix the issues. So my final offer was I will pay $6,000 out the door if he takes car of fixing the mirror and getting 4 brand new tires and I will take care of everything else. They are not willing to do this either they are not willing to help me

    Do not pay even 100 dollars a month for any car on lot, the inventory is compiled of dealership rejects they paid for by pennies on the dollar. You will... get a junk car! Stay away!!

    Went there with the purpose of buying a car on a Saturday. The place was packed with only 1 salesmen working. Gave up after hour and purchased a car at... another lot same day.

    I hope enjoy wasted time and blame shifting. I drove to a scheduled test-drive only to be informed that the vehicle I was there for was sold that mourning.... I simply can't understand how a company can contact you via text and in less than 24hrs lose your information. I am not upset that the car was sold but wasting the time of a person who has to travel no short distance to your place of business for a sale is ridiculous. I will not do business with them and pray you don't as well.
