Bought a car in March (Cadillac CTS 2011). They said there's no problems with the car, but after the papers are signed, the car has to go in the repair... shop for over 3 months. This place makes many promises but will not keep them. They just want you out of their hair after the contract is signed. They promised me a new remote key and I'm sure that I will never get it. If you don't want the headache I went through, go shop somewhere else, I'm sure there are decent dealerships around.

I leased a car in December and I’ve had to come back every over week for repairs. The AC, the engine, the breaks! They sell used cars that they know it... bad! The workers don’t communicate with each other and never know what’s going on! Horrible service!

We bought a car from them in October and it is now January and we still haven’t received the title our phone calls aren’t being answered or returned. They... aren’t even calling our lawyer back.
