Hello, I recently purchased a 2017 Toyota Camry from Carvana and thus far have been so pleased with the experience. I don't think I will ever buy a car... any other way. I always dreaded the car dealership experience. They always make you feel like you are not worthy of purchasing one of their vehicle . It's feels like waiting on bad news about a family member. I can't believe how easy it was. I was buying a car on a rainy day in my cozy pj's and favorite blanket. It was so easy that I was afraid something bad... was going to happen during the process, but everything was smooth from the shopping experience until the delivery. I love my car!!
I shopped for my car, placed the order, and completed my trade-in information in less time than it took for my wife to take a nap. I did so while watching... a movie. Communication was immediate and concise, with no surprises. The staff at the Carvana dealership were super friendly, and seemed to genuinely believe in what they were doing. They had the remaining paperwork ready to go for my appointment, and that process took all of 5 minutes. This is where I started to be thoroughly impressed. I remembered having declined an extended warranty when I submitted my purchase online. I thought for sure that someone was going to try to hard sell me one last time. However, that didn't happen. I can't tell you how relieved I was to have avoided that confrontation. The same confrontation that made me walk out of two non-Carvana dealerships the weekend before. It's such a relief to work with a business like Carvana, where they respect your decisions, and don't waste your time trying to change your educated mind. Thank you! My car looked even nicer in person than it did in the photos, and my advocate was very knowledgeable about it, answering all my questions. Using the "vending machine" was also fun; a very immersive car delivery experience. I'm typically critical of businesses because there seems to be a consistent theme of "over-promise, under-deliver" these days, but there isn't one thing I can be critical about with Carvana. From the initial website experience, to me writing this review, Carvana has been stellar. I recommend them to everyone now, and I'll never shop anywhere else for another car. Seriously! Carvana reached out and made a fair up-front offer for my car that I had listed online. They worked around my schedule, gave me ample time to consider... the offer, and ultimately when I did decide to sell I was in and out of their facility in about 30 minutes. I was a little frustrated that they don't take customers in the order they arrive (they handle buying and selling separately), but overall the experience was positive.
The whole Carvana process was so easy. As I sat on my sofa in my PJs, I found exactly the car I wanted. I put it on hold a couple of times so I could do... a little homework. Perfect match for me! The car arrived ON TIME right to my driveway. The two delivery guys were so nice and polite. They explained everything to me very patiently. The seven day return option is really helpful as I took the car to our mechanic for check-up. He was very impressed! The follow up from Carvana via phone call came at day six. The call was made to see how I liked the car, if I would be keeping it and to explain that the title, plates and registration would be on their way shortly, and will arrive before the temporary plate expires. It was all so easy! I didn't have to go out in the cold to shop or even to the Secretary of State for paperwork. Only one little downside, when I called a couple of times the hold time was a little long but all the great customer service overall made up for it. I would definitely recommend this car buying process to everyone! Thank you, love my car!
Great online experience but the gimmick vending machine didn't work after 5 attempts. We ended up with a good car with no human interaction.
