Sold my car in Vegas and just bought another. Flawless process from start to finish, other than the fact that the original car I chose was delayed for 2 weeks, so ended up chosing another car which I was able to pick up 3 days later

The truck I ended up with is very nice, looks better then pictures, very happy, even with wait time it was well worth it. I'd give better rating but first truck I ordered was delayed 3 times then finally on delivery day I get a call and found out truck was rusted and not safe, glad I found a better truck and in great shape so it worked out for best

There were a few logistics issues due to hurricane season, although the customer service provided and communication was exceptional! Also, the guy who dropped off my vehicle was a very knowledgeable, overall cool guy, along with a few of the customer service reps I spoke with when choosing a vehicle.

There were some cosmetic things that were not disclosed...

There were some cosmetic things that were not disclosed in the description of the car but Carvana fixed most of the issues right away. I also wish the car's interior had been detailed better, there was a straw wrapper still sitting between the seats from the previous owner. Otherwise the service from Carvana was very helpful and the process went really quickly!

Easy to streamline your car search and wait out tile the perfect one is available. Lots of weird nuances dealing with online company: customer service is hard to reach, delivery days, and unclear form signing process. But I guess that’s the name of the game for access to their wide selection.
