Horrible customer service!
Absolutely horrible customer service! Please take your business elsewhere. I called to ask about purchasing a vehicle and the lady who answered the phone was extremely rude and had no customer service skills. I asked about a car and she couldn't tell me any details on the car or what warranty it had. The car was listed as Certified Pre-owned with a warranty on the page and the sales associate kept yelling that there is no warranty, after talking to someone in the background. She was extremely pushy and told me she didn't want to waste her time. I asked if I could speak to another sales associate or someone in finance to talk about the warranty options and she said she couldn't do that over the phone. This complete lack of customer service make would never want to buy a car here. Take your business elsewhere!!!

I purchased a leased vehicle from Marco Diaz and chevy took my Nissan Rogue as a trade in and LOST the vehicle. That was February 2020. To Date they have done nothing and I am being charged with delinquent lease payments and still they have done nothing. BEWARE Marco Mike OStow Mike Collins all did NOTHING

Danny was great!
Our salesman Danny Semedo was excellent. So friendly, helpful, listened to our questions and needs. He was very attentive and honest. We feel we got a good price on the vehicle we purchased. We are completely satisfied with Danny's effort in getting us the best price possible. We were so lucky Danny was the sales person who met us the day we walked in.

Unethical
Unethical Sales, Read Carefully they say one thing and have you sign another. They ended up charging me a "Certified Pre-Owned" fee to receive the benefits when it should've been included in the price which was approx $5k over KBB

Marco Diaz was helpful and informative. He was very approachable, answered all my phone calls, and provided a better deal then I could find anywhere else. Great experience highly recommend. Followed through on the deal in full and more. Good honest salesmanship

Very bad attitude of Finance manger
I have a very bad experience with finance manager (Steve). His attitude is very bad. Also, he says a cursing word in front of me. It is a little long story. So I didn’t type the story. However, for any costumer who plans to buy a car in this store. This is what I had. I hopefully next costumers will not get the same manager as I had.

Waste of time! Increased price $8,500 overnight
Drove from CT after arranging appointment to purchase a truck with exact desired options. Truck not out, waited..... Test drove it. It was FILTHY. Waited......waited.... price went from $48,119 to $56,600. They blamed difference on Chevy rebate changes for the new month. Really? Sounds like false advertising or just plain scamming people to bring them in.

I apologize for the condition of the vehicle and the wait. I do apologize for your experience at the dealership and what seems to me like a case of miscommunication. I was in the room when you called. Both women you spoke with informed you pricing and rebates would change and we would not how how much that would impact the price. I do apologize that the pricing did change so much but as you were told, we had no way of knowing what the change from GM would entail. chevy traverse
Leased a 2019 Traverse on 6/14/19. George Gwizdala, Marco Diaz and Wahid Amani made the whole experience stress free. Marco is an exceptional salesman and at the end when the vehicle was ready for us he did exceptionally well explaining all the functions of the vehicle. All three of these employees carried out their jobs in a professional manner.

Excellent Experience!
The entire staff was very helpful and nice. I had a great time and conversation with one of the Sales Managers, Christian and Jeremy the salesman was very knowledgeable. You guys really made my Christmas and will send my family to you!!!
