Dropped my son’s Jeep off for a check up and possible service since a message on the dash indicated an issue. You have to make an appt for service, as I did and dropped it off prior to the appt time (9am). At 2:45pm that same day, I still hadn’t heard anything so I called. Service rep indicated he would go check on it. He returned by saying they were about to take a look. Really? I thought the appt. process would have gotten it looked at in 2-3 hrs. So an hour later 3:41pm, after a look they call to tell me it needs a new oil cooler & sensor, not the same dash message. Over $360 for parts, which they have in stock. With labor, over $680. But they can’t get to it until tomorrow. It may need those parts but the experience didn’t sit well with me. I didn’t feel comfortable or confident with their process or communications, so I left without getting the service. Although they charged me, $101.65 for their diagnosis and a days parking lot fee, I guess. I was about to have my own car serviced there but no thank you. I guess I will be looking for service somewhere else. This vehicle was bought from this dealership by the previous owner. We just purchased it in 2020. Hoping to spend our money locally, possibly doing a trade or purchase in the future but we won’t be dealing with the Corinth Auto Group.

I Will do again and recommend to other friends and family to go by and check this car dealership out for their needs in the future.
I took my Nissan Armada to this dealer 4 times and they were NEVER able to fix the frame around my windshield. Worst service - Never called to give service updates and kept my vehicle for weeks on end. No faith in their capabilities - imagine if my vehicle needed engine repair 😳
Service manager kept me informed of progress of the repairs. She was very efficient and easy to work with. We will bring the car back
Oil change/tire rotation
Routine oil change and tire rotation, also multipoint inspection. Quickly performed, friendly and knowledgeable service advisors. Recommend, services reported to carfax, glad of this, had asked previous dealership multiple times to add this but did not
Service well done
I've never had a bad experience, even though I didn't purchase here, they've always been more than willing when it comes to servicing and repairing my car, and provide friendly updates and reminders for future visits, and really helps a lot with my very busy schedule
They were very friendly and the facility was clean and waiting area was nice. They made sure to keep me informed on progress and to check on me to see if I needed anything.
Everything went great and they always know what I need done. Teresa Told me what I needed and they took care of it from there.

Service handled in a timely fashion, kept me informed entire time. Estimate on the price was right on. The new air conditioner is blowing snowballs, good job all around.
