A Great Experience!

I was very impressed with sales representative Kevon Jeffries. He was very polite and cordial when meeting me at the dealership entrance. Kevon was very knowledgeable about the product he was selling me; and he was very patient and not pushy. When the first (Pre-owned) vehicle we had selected to test drive didn't work out for me - he was quick to offer another (New) vehicle that I ended up purchasing from the dealership. Kevon graciously took his time getting me familiar and comfortable with the new Tahoe. I am very pleased with my new 2023 SUV!!! Thank you. Sincerely, Michael Thomas

Terible diagnostic team & repairs, just throw part

Miss diagnosed my car twice, doing near $2000 in repairs. Then sent me down the road. Never fixing the problem. Terible communication & negotiation, wouldn't adjust bill.
