They replaced an airbag, I was told it would be about 1 1/2 hours it took about an hour. They also did the rear brakes with an estimate of $260 and it... was $238.
I needed to have an airbag replaced due to a recall. I had never been to Bradshaw Mazda before. I was able to make my appointment online. Staff called... me and visited with me regarding my vehicle and confirmed my appointment. When I arrived the following week, I was greeted very courteously and I opted to stay and wait on my vehicle. Time went by very quickly and the waiting area was well stocked, clean and inviting.
I've been going to Mazda for car service for the past 15 years. Jeff and the rest of the team are very personable. They always inform you of issues you... need to look into but never pressure you into fixing something unnecessary. Very honest about pricing as well.

The service team is Friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. They accommodate your schedule and willing to work on your car very rapidly. The fees are reasonable....
Stanley Shockley was very pleasant to work with. He got me in and out in no time, fully explained to me what was needed, and emailed me quotes shortly... after leaving.
Scheduled simple oil change and 45k mile check-up. Scheduling was easy. Oil change, systems check, tire rotation and alignment took nearly 3 hours. ... Tire pressure warning light was not reset following service. Had to return 2x to get it to stay reset. Left plastic and floor liner in car following service. On a positive note, staff was friendly, courteous, and apologetic for tire light situation and compensated me for my lost time and inconvenience. A little better efficiency and attention to the little details would go along way in improving the customer experience.
This dealership has a great selection and a very friendly staff that treats you like family. As soon as I arrived someone was outside to help me. They... will definitely have my business in the future.
