INCREDIBLE! Incredible service, experience and car! Loved all of it! Jacob and everyone at the Phoenix/Tempe VM were amazing! They bent over backwards... to make sure I could get my car before the holidays, and made me feel like royalty!! I also got great service on the phone and through email from Casey Fox. The service and process was very easy. However, damage to car was found. The car was in an accident and repainted. This was not disclosed in the carfax... and was not found by Carvana. I inquired about this but was told it could be repainted. I wanted a discount/credit instead since Carvana would not have sold the car for the price had they known it was in small accident, fender replaced and repainted (that doesn't match entirely and has overspray.)

Carvana is a company in general pretty good If you're buying a high-end car like Porsche or BMW you need a deal with the dealer for any warranty issues... That's all fine and dandy but when it comes to silver Rock there's your problem!!!! I don't know if it's deliberate or not to wear out your warranty while your vehicle sits at the dealer while silver Rock doesn't know what they're doing any deal with so many people and it gets so irritating and your warranty runs out while it sits at the dealer and then the silver rock will tell you oh you don't have a warranty anymore yeah no xxxx it ran out at the dealer idiots... I have purchased two vehicles from carvana that had warranty issues that were high-end cars and carvana stepped up to the plate with no issues if there's silver rock warranty company giving it a bad name Case in point the first vehicle I bought from carvana is still not corrected due to silver Rock and I'm going on a year now and still issues are not corrected which are rightfully owned me. Carvana sure beats going to the dealer so they get a plus Silver Rock warranty company my opinion is useless. Unless you enjoy fighting and arguing over what you rightfully are owed Oh well they all can't be winners

I have a mixed review about my dealings with Carvana. I really liked the ease of use when searching for cars in your area. I used the website on a computer,... mobile website and the app on IOS. I had alerts setup on all platforms to notify me when cars that met my search requirement popped up or if there were any changes to cars I had added to my favorites. I NEVER got any notifications of any type. I found that when a vehicle I wanted was newly posted, by the time I checked it was already under contract. This led me to having to be on the website a lot more time than I anticipated looking for good deals. When I finally found a vehicle that met my requirements I jumped on it, fast. I had been holding out for a Trail edition of a 4Runner because I really needed the locking rear differential this vehicle has. When a 4Runner listed as "Trail" showed up in my price range I bought it. I was happy. They contacted me, we verified my funds and arranged for delivery on a day and time that worked for me. Again I was happy. Carvana walked me through the steps I needed, including starting car insurance on the day the vehicle was to be delivered. The day before I was frantically contacted by them while I was at work saying my delivery had been delayed because the transport vehicle broke down. They arranged for another time for delivery a week later. This stuff happens. Tracking my vehicle delivery in real time was super awesome and the driver was very professional. My new vehicle was awesome. Signed the papers and brought it into the garage. I was figuring out all of the buttons when I was like "where is the switch for the locking rear differential?!" Turns out the vehicle I just bought was not a Trail version but a standard SR5. I quadruple checked all of the Carvana info and clear as day the first item says Trail. I sent this along to them and they pointed out that if you click on the original window sticker link it shows that is is a SR5. The original window sticker also lists it as SR5 Trail Sports Wagon. It wasn't until I did a VIN look up that it confirmed it was a SR5. I told Carvana the reason I purchased this was for the equipment I thought it had that would cost me extra money to have installed. They were not interested in this and said I could return it during my 10 day period. I ended up keeping the vehicle since I got a good price on it but I suggest to everyone to look at these vehicles in person and do a vin look up yourself and not trust what they have listed.
The overall process was amazingly easy! So happy that chose Carvana. We saved $20,000 dollars and got a practically new car that was in great shae!
I was very disappointed with this experience. Delivery was delayed three times. The first time, they stated it was because I did not meet deadlines, but... no deadlines were ever stated to me in person or on the site. When we called to ask why delivery was delayed for the third time, there response was basically- well, you can cancel your order; we don't care. When the car was finally delivered, there was a chip in the windshield (which they did send someone to repair), a tire was leaking air, the windshield washer fluid dispensers did not work, and the car was not clean at all. Also, the car had been previously owned by a smoker, which I wish I knew. I would not have knowingly purchased a vehicle that smelled like cigarette smoke. On the other hand, the driver was great. He explained everything well, went over all the paperwork, and was very friendly. Definitely would not use them again or recommend them.
