Expensive but awesome
Before you get the wrong idea, I had a lot of work done. The truck had 96000 miles and was still on the original brakes. It needed a full brake job and I wanted original GM parts. Also did the overdue transmission service, alignment and an oil change. Now it drives like a new truck again. Shuttle service and they called when it was done.

I paid $600 for them to fix what ever was wrong to make my check engine light go off and to this day its still on.

Fast turn around
Cindy is fantastic. I called at 3:00 with brake problems and she booked an appt for that night based on my schedule. I got there at 8:30 and it was diagnosed by Steve and repaired and I was home before 10:00. I can not say enough good things about both of them. They are truly the reason I continue to come for my service. I hope they are appreciated as I would hate to loss either one of them.

Tires NOT rotated-Again!
Went in for an oil change and tire rotation! Tires were never rotated and this is the 3rd time it has happened!! I was taken care of after, but still I paid for a service that was NOT done initially!!

needed minor work
My 2011 Silveradoo needed the NYS inspection and the tires rotated to keep the Tires for life policy, purchase from Doan Chevrolet before they changed to websmart Chevrolet.The service dept is open late at night and was able to get me right in.Thanks
