Warranty paint work
Upon picking up my new equinox from the dealer I noticed a couple of flaws in the paint. The dealer made arrangements for a loaner car and promptly took care of the issue.

Very convenient hours & comfortable waiting area
I only had to get an inspection but I am pressed for time during the week. So it was great to get this done after 7:30 PM on a weekday. The waiting area is comfortable complete with TVs and free wifi. Time passes almost too quickly because the repairs were complete before I really got settled in!

Never had this many issues and websmart ignores me
I purchased a CPO Malibu from in November of 2018. I had no issues with the purchase. Since then the car has been in for warranty claims twice and still has issues. I recently noticed body rust forming near the rear tail light. A collision shop said it was not a manufacturing defect but was due to an accident from the previous owner. How does a lease return CPO vehicle have so many issues. I attempted to contact websmart multiple times and was ignored every time. This will be my first and last vehicle from this dealership.

My Camaro is fixed!
I had been troubleshooting an electrical problem with my Camaro for a few years now. Websmart crew found that it was my aftermarket alarm system and removed the system for me. Thank you for fixing the frustrating issue with my Camaro

Rocco was nice and got what I needed done
I bought a car 3 years ago and finding out I need 2,500$ in work done for normal driving wear and tear was not to pleasing. As I was getting help form the service members Rocco was very nice and kept in touch which was great. After deciding that I didn’t want to get the work done here I went to pay for the $100. Fee to look at the car and to pick up my car the members were not so nice. The lady I had to pay did not care for my questions as I wanted a list of what was wrong with my car that I ask to be left for me when picking up my car. She sent me to someone else and wouldn’t give me the list. When I went to the next guy I had to argue with him to give me the list because he didn’t want to give it to me either after arguing he gave me the list..... ehich could have me done the first time but they wanted to argue about it and give a hard time I guess...
