I purchased a 2016 vehicle with only 24K miles last night. 1 hour after taking it off the lot, we had trouble getting it to start. I changed the battery... in the key fob which at least got the power to turn on but the car still took multiple times to start. Today, the car died. I spoke with the dealership who said that under no circumstances will they accept a return. I wish I had seen some of these reviews before stepping on their lot. I will update once I have a final decision but in the meantime, if you go to Echopark after reading these reviews, you can't say you were not warned.

Do not expect anything more than mediocrity. Purchased a car and was very happy with it HOWEVER I cannot even begin to tell you how ridiculous and irritating... everything was after that. The car had a little spot of cement on one of the panels so they advised me to make an appointment to fix it and get a loaner. Well, only one person has access to this magical schedule so I had to wait 2 days for her to call me. Brought the car in on a Thursday for the paint, my SD card, and to put my license plate on. I was told it would be done monday at the very latest. Called tuesday: nothing. Took 4 tries Wednesday to talk to this person and the car is ready, yay. I show up and the SD is not in and the license plate is not on. We try 2 SD cards and neither works... something they should have figured out in the week they had to get all of this done. Now I'm off to a real dealership to get some quality help. Needless to say, the guest loyalty sector needs some serious help. OH and they tried to overcharge us $500
