I like last time made an appointment to drop my car off and was ignored for an extended period of time. Never even meeting my service advisor. The same exact thing happened when I returned to pick up my vehicle. Also my car feels like the tires were simply rotated and not balanced. Part of the advantage package I was required to pay $3000 for was to include car washing and that was not done either. Every time I come there I spend more time with people harassing me to sell my car than with those who actually want to help me maintain it.
