1st class service!
Nina was great to work with. She communicated well and always responded when we called/emailed with questions. We bought a car that was a couple of years old...took it for a test drive and noticed a few items that needed to be addressed. Nina took care of everything in a matter of days and made sure we had something nice to drive until the car was ready. It was a great, easy process! She helped make the car buying process effortless!

Great Service
I came to the dealership to test drive a Cadillac Escalade but it didn't quite work out for a couple reasons however I met John Wesley and he was great. He was very thorough and did everything he could to make it work but it just didn't. He keeps me informed on the vehicle because it is still on the lot. Hopefully it will still work out. He did a great job and I recommend you go see him specifically.

AWFUL
We bought a brand new 2019 GMC Acadia. The night we drive it home we noticed the headlights were very dim. After a week of trying to convince them that there was an issue they agreed to change the lightbulbs but ignored our other concerns. We took the vehicle to another GMC dealership and they finally listened to us and saw burns and water inside the headlight assembly. The managers at Parks GMC made us feel like we were incompetent and the rest of the staff clearly had an issue with us based on the stares and mumbling under their breath.

Great car buying experience.
Sitton Buick GMC had the car I wanted on the lot. Everything went smooth from the test drive, to the price negotiation, to the financing. I did prequalify before going to the dealership. Charles Johnson is a true professional and a humble person. Not your typical car salesman. He is experience and listened to what I was looking for in a car.
