Very much so. DeSean Coker has been the main reason we keep our cars serviced at the dealership. DeSean has worked with us for more than five years and is a joy to work with. He provide us with details of work to be done and the time to be completed. Courteous and professional! If called with a question, he promptly return the call and provide answers and consults with the service department mechanics to ensure he provides the correct answers to problems.

I recently purchased a Cadillac Escalade IQ through James Ming at Cadillac of Pensacola. The initial deal was fine, but everything after was a disaster. In finance, Amanda told me they “don’t sell GM warranties” and pushed a third-party plan. After seeing horrible reviews, I declined—and suddenly they “could” sell GM warranties after all. Then came changing transport costs, unexplained delays, and undisclosed recall and warranty issues. Every day was a new excuse. And every time I asked a question, they hid behind a manager named “Pink,” blaming nearly every problem on him to avoid taking responsibility. James assured me all recalls were done. That was false. My local dealer found two open recalls, and my vehicle has now been in service for 15 days awaiting parts—for a car I’ve already paid for and cannot drive. I even told them to hold the car and not finalize the sale until everything was resolved. They had my $30,000 deposit but pushed the deal through anyway. The vehicle also arrived missing equipment I specifically asked about and was told it had. Bottom line: think twice before buying from Cadillac Buick GMC of Pensacola. I encountered misinformation, shifting stories, and zero transparency. Verify everything yourself and don’t rely on what you’re told.

The next day, after finding terrible reviews about the company, I told them I would move forward with the vehicle but would not be purchasing any of those warranties. Only then did they suddenly “realize” they actually could sell GM warranties. This was the first major sign something was wrong. From that point forward, the situation continued to deteriorate. They attempted to change the transportation cost, delayed shipping the vehicle, and never disclosed that the car was in service for recall and warranty issues. Every day I received a new excuse—why the transporter didn’t show up, why the vehicle wasn’t released, why they needed another day. It was constant deflection and misinformation. And every time I asked a direct question, the answer was always, “Let me check with my manager, Pink.” Pink became the behind-the-scenes “bad cop” they blamed everything on, as if every issue or contradiction was his decision and not theirs. It felt like a convenient way to avoid accountability. James assured me multiple times that all recalls were completed and only minor warranty work remained that I could handle locally. That was not true. When I took the vehicle to my local dealer, they found two open recalls, and my car has now been in service for 15 days waiting on parts—for a vehicle I’ve already paid for and cannot drive. I even told both James and Amanda to keep the car until everything was resolved and not to finalize the sale until the vehicle was ready to ship. They already had my $30,000 deposit. Despite this, they pushed the sale through anyway, knowing the vehicle was not ready. To make matters worse, the car arrived missing equipment I specifically asked James about and was assured it had. Our experience was Beyond Elite Treatment!! The purchase of My GMC 3500 Dually Dream Truck was the Best Ever; Thanks to John Ming, James Ming and Mr. Pink!!! All three Didn’t Have to assist and work with my wife and I as they Did!! They didn’t Think Twice and went Way Further past my expectations ! John made it a Pleasant Experience From His first hand shake to Our last hand shake. All three were Professional, Respectful, Friendly; Understood Our Needs and Wants! Plus my wife found her future car and We will be back to Step One GMC Pensacola PERIOD! All my Services will be at this location Too. When You Come Here To Purchase Your Next Vehicle Ask For John Ming but Be Careful Next To Get Mistaken By His Twin Brother James Ming. Great dealership experience, they had a 5 series I was interested in, and were fair on my trade in. Super quick to respond, not pushy, very helpful, really balanced 'supporting' the purchase. James was highly communicative and sent a bunch of info on the car I wanted, and he and Mr Pink and I were able to come to terms on the trade in value. Would absolutely buy from these folks again.

I was very fortunate to have Shelli Payne work with me through this purchase. She was extremely knowledgeable about the XT6 Sport that I went there to look at and purchase. It is always a pleasure to work with someone who is so professional. She took her time going over all the accessories that are on the vehicle that I purchased. This was very important since my last vehicle, XT4, had few accessories.
