Car buying can be frustrating but here, everyone has a role. They get to the point and I appreciate their approach to clients. They ask the client what... they want, what they can afford and how much wiggle room. I've been to other dealerships where they just toy with you to waste your time but here I felt like I was able to get my car within my means.

I can't recommend Infiniti Van Nuys enough. Both the sales and service department are extremely helpful and direct in providing great customer service... and really worked with me to make the process of deciding if I should purchase a new Infiniti or fix the problems with my old one as easy as possible.
