if I could give less than one star I would! my husband bought a Mercedes Mercedes-Benz back in 2021 he paid cash for it. He did not finance and the dealership failed to give the proper documentation to be able to switch registration title and everything over into our name now we are still having that problem until this day fighting with DMV and trying to figure out how to get the situation fixed because now we have a $20,000 truck just sitting in our backyard that we cannot use! The mechanic that works with this dealership, informed my husband that the owner of the dealership in fact did go to prison for fraud because they were doing the same exact thing that they did to us to a lot of other people now I need to figure out my next steps, any tips would be helpful!

Bunch of liars doing business owner will bankrupt if he has employees like here Good Luck if u go here to buy a car don't even look they prices they are all not real you pay extra $ 4000 to $6000 They think customers are xxxxxxxxx

Deceptive pricing tactics. I should have read the other reviews on here prior to contacting the dealer. Google reviews are not credible. In short, on top of the sale price, they were requiring me to purchase an extended warranty that would have been an additional $4,500-$5,150. Not optional, required...

THEY ARE THE BIGGEST BUNCH OF LIARS! THEY RAISE PRICE $3000.00 NOTHING TO DO WITH TAXES/FEES/WARRANTIES - JUST FLAT OUT RAISE PRICE BECAUSE THEY CAN. THEY ADVERTISE LOW PRICE TO DRAW YOU IN. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND MY WORST ENEMY TO BUY A CAR FROM THEM. EVERY SINGLE ONE OF THEM LIE- THEN THEY TURN IT AROUND ON YOU LIKE ITS YOUR FAULT- DO YOUR SELF A FAVOR AND BUY SOMEWHERE ELSE- BBB SHOULD KNOW ABOUT THEM AND CLOSE UP THEIR BUSINESS. BE EXTRA CAREFUL IF YOU TALK TO "JOHNNY" ,"IAN", "TIFFANY", AND "ERIC" <- LIARS I'm not a angry disgruntled potential customer because I did not buy the vehicle. I'm a "victim" is what they called me... and its almost true- I would be if I bought a vehicle from this dealership A.K.A - scammers of brooklyn. They have no respect for customers, they are hustlers- they will tell you what you want to hear on the phone to get you there in person, then raise the price, see the vehicle in a condition they tell you its not- HUSTLERS- STAY FAR FAR AWAY!!!

Cant believe they sold me a brand new BMW with a leaking over heating transmission!! i already filed a law suit. Please STAY AWAY!!!!! They just want your money

they lie about theire price, it's a total waste of time to try to make any deal with them done.

I went there with my girlfriend...long story short They added over $3,000.00 from the original price. Total rip off!

Stay AWAY from this place! They will ask for $3,000.00 additional to initial price!!! They pretend they are smart and entire world is stupid, they don’t respect the client! They are not fair!!

Stay away . If u head about a shady place? This is it. they list car prices on lie to bait u in .. then say that's the on line finance price. Long story short they add a 3000 dollars dealership fee to every car. An a outrageous bank fee! U benn warned.
