The salesman lied about the car having two keys or more

The salesman lied about the car having two keys or more only received one. they would not give me a temporary tag, they said I had to buy a new one for $460.00 when I could have transferred my tag that I just bought In March of this year. Talked to the used car manager about sending me the paper work on the sale, Finally received them after two and a half weeks,also he said he would take care of getting me the temporary tags, that conversation , was recorded and there absolutely no communication.

Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me

Very Professional, took as much time needed to make me really want to buy a car. Explained everything very clearly. I would buy cars from Dan at Massey Cadillac North many more times. I have called him a few times with questions and he has always taken the time to answer all of them. Never Blew me off like some people do.

I understand that the show room is under construction but the it could be more customer friendly. The staff was great and tried to make up for it.

Dealt with their internet manager - so pushy and they

Dealt with their internet manager - so pushy and they failed to disclose the odor from the vehicle (even though I asked), the corroded engine, and the various other problems I encountered. Better off doing your business elsewhere. Also, their taxes and fees would have had the car at almost $5,000 above the listed price. Way overpriced than other dealership i've deal with.

I gave a 4 star review to the facilities because the showroom was unimpressive. This was primarily due to the renovation of that was underway. Otherwise, the experience was quite positive. Our sales associate, Raymond, was knowledgeable, efficient, and a pleasure to work with.
