I went to this dealership to see the red mercedes benz e43. The price on the website is $42,995. When I got there I asked about the price and Ben told... me that I have to pay from 10-12k in dealers fees, some bullshi..warranty they are trying to push on people, taxes etc. I just laughed and left this scam place. Be aware that those prices you see are not real prices. You will have to pay a lot more for the car you want.
Came in looking to buy my first car. Jesus, Very knowledgeable sales person with top notch service. Always answered back when I needed help. Nice, understanding... and respectful person. I had an awesome experience. I highly recommended if you're interested, you should ask for Jesus Castro !
Beware...This dealership has a lot of shady practices. They will advertise their vehicles with a low price but that doesn't include a down payment of $1,995,... so the actual asking price is really that amount, then they will try and “offer” a certified pre-owned warranty which is not the case because the only entity that can certify a vehicle is the exclusive brand dealership, for example a BMW can only be certified by a BMW dealership. Sebastian is not knowledgeable and when questioned on this he tried to skate around the certification and didn’t know any details on the warranty. He also never presented the offer I gave to the Sales Manager, or so I was told. Then I was told the vehicle was sold but it’s still listed and when I had a friend call and inquire it was still available. Under no circumstances should you deal with Sebastian. Any Salesperson presenter with an offer will at least follow up and give their best deal and not just nonchalantly state “I thought I called you back!” My advice would be to just steer clear of this dealership.

They will advertise their vehicles with a low price but that doesn't include a down payment of $1,950,... so the actual asking price is really that amount, then they will add or charge $3,500 for what they claim certified pre-owned which is not really true as the only entity that can certify a vehicle is the exclusive brand dealership, for example a Mercedes Benz car can only be certified by a Mercedes Benz dealership. They will also add $1,900 as a dealers fee, $1,900 acquisition fee, $1,500 for documentation fee and that's not inclusive of the tittle, plate and registration fee and then the extended warranty worth $3,000. Now do the math. Assuming you really wanted a car in their inventory and you cannot resist bringing it home, here is some advise to consider. Ask them to remove the certified pre-owned fee. Don't pay any down payment until you see the out of the door price so that you have the option to run if you are not satisfied with the price as all the additional fees are not really necessary. Also try not to make a deal with Jesus Castro (one of the sales agent) as he is only nice during the dealings but once you purchased the vehicle, you will never get in touch with him again or it will be next to impossible to talk to him for questions like regarding your tittle and registration, my temporary plate and registration was expired before I got the original and I cannot get him or anybody to assure me or advise me on what to do on this situation. Also I have been requesting for a copy of the PO but I was only given a run around and to this day I have not receive any copy. Lastly be tough and stay on your ground with the financial officer as she will also let you sign the papers without explaining or showing you the breakdown of what you're paying. You won't be able to use your own bank so beware of the interest rate, try to negotiate and run away if you can't get what you want. But the most intelligent decision you can do is to not use this dealership.
If i could give zero stars - i would. Dishonest and shameful I live in Massachusetts, i had driven 4.5 hours there. I had every intention of purchasing... a vehicle here, had close to $20k for a purchase for a downpayment. From start to finish, the vehicle cost $2000 more than what was listed on their own website, nor was there a disclaimer for the specific vehicle stating why. It was a good price still, i asked for the entire pricing, out the door, all the fees, everything. Upon coming to a finalized number that was agreed on by the salesman and myself, i put a deposit down. When finalizing the paperwork, they attempted to shove multiple fee's and warrantys down my throat. I use this work correctly. -they REFUSED to remove the extended warranty that they offered, trying to force me to pay anything from an additional $2100-$4500 on top of the car. - they added on an bank acquisition fee and a bank fee on top of the price of the car. a total of $2900, on top of everything else. - they REFUSED to remove the acquisition fee, and demanded i pay it. Upon looking up this acquisition fee, it turns out this fee is SPECIFIC to LEASING a vehicle, the bank fee is for financing a vehicle, they were trying to charge me BOTH fees. BMW of Bayside - 5 minutes from this dealer confirmed it was one or the other, not both. My estimated carpayment went from $450-$500mo to $700/mo. Upon bringing up these issues, the manager, still refusing to remove these fees and warranties, started to berate me, insinuating i could not afford the car. Missing my entire point that i had driven close to five hours here with a pricing quote from a salesman for everything out the door but somehow have to pay an additional $5k on top of the agreed pricing from me and the salesman. I am frightful of how many other people just sign their paperwork without reading the invoice to ensure no hidden fees or warranties are snuck on. Essentially, they lost a sale due to being too greedy, wanting the full amount of a warranty AND an acquisition fee that did not pertain to the sale. the $900 Bank fee is expected.
I came in looking for an audi a6 with low miles, Angelo my sales person showed me a few options. once I selected a vehicle Angelo went over the entire... car with me and made sure i was happy with it before moving forward. although i feel i could of got a few dollars more for my trade private selling it i decided to take what they offered me because of the HONESTY Angelo and his manager demonstrated through out our deal. i would recommend anyone looking to buy a car go ask for ANGELO.
Great straight forward dealership. I have everything explained to me about my purchase and vehicle. I was treated fairly, made an appointment and didn't... have to wait. My salesperson was very nice.

I came in with a "just looking" mindset however, after talking with Duane and Ken that mindset quickly changed. They were so helpful and knowledgeable,... they made me feel so comfortable and at ease. Within a few hours I was in a beautiful 2017 BMW X5. George detailed my car so beautifully and Jessica showed me how use cool things inside the car especially setting up the Media! Great group of people at NYC Motors of Greatneck! My son bought a used BMW car from this dealership on March 9, 2019. Dealership put lots of hidden charges. Me and my son told the dealer we do not want... extended warranty dealership still put this on the bill and tricked my son in selling the extended warranty in the amount of $ 4995. I later found out that card dealer owned the third party warranty section. I went to the dealership on 3/14/19 requesting them to cancel the extended warranty and I was told by the financing person Kevin (ex employee) that warranty has been cancelled and you will see it on your bank statement in 4-6 weeks. When my son received the bank statement there was no credit and when we called the bank we were told that extended warranty has not been cancelled. Under the circumstances my son and I feel that we have been scammed and dealership put certain unexplained charges especially pushed extended warranty. Under the circumstances I have put a complaint with the consumer affairs department of Suffolk county and my attorney is about to issue legal notice to the dealership. I do not recommend doing business with this dealership.
