Don waste your time to go this dealer. Junk cars ,worse customer service. Pictures on the car i was come to see does not much real car.
Arrived happy and left completely satisfied. Got a great deal and didn't have to haggle! From the moment I entered the dealership to the moment I left... the staff was very professional and helpful.
We arrived excited to find our car at the dealership and left very happy. The process was pretty painless. They have a no haggle approach with fair pricing.
I unexpectedly had to buy a new car and found one I liked through my insurance companies parternship. The sales person I dealt with could not have been... more helpful with test drives and things. When I went out to finalize the purchase I noticed the car smelled really smoky which I had not noticed before. I was assured I could bring the car back in for cleaning, to be detailed, get an oil change, etc. Well I tried texting- twice- to get him to confirm my appointment for service and never heard back. Sent an email and never heard back. The worst part is driving home that night from the dealership, I realized the car had barely any gas and one tire was super low. Then the next day, I got stuck in a grocery store parking lot at 8:45 at night because the key fob stopped working. I assumed (stupidly) buying a used car from a name- brand dealership meant they had at least looked over the car- and that they would take care of me after- but clearly that was not the case here. I have now spent $300 of my own money for cleaning and trying to get to a baseline of maintenance on the car. So disappointed!
E-mailed Tony Camarata 10 times regarding used 2017 Armada 4x4. Detailed my trade-in, gathered all service docs, and drove an hour to the dealership... for my 1:00 (confirmed) appointment. Upn arrival I noticed several frazzled employees and frustrated guests. When I asked for Tony, I was told that he was with another customer. Was finally approached by "Josh" after waiting for Tony to no avail. Josh couldn't find the vehicle I had driven to see, so he and the manager began looking for it. Eventually I was told that the vehicle had never made it to their dealership. When requesting to speak with the manager to determine options, I was told that he was on the phone. He never appeared. The entire staff seems disorganized, and clearly this dealership is willing to waste at least one customer's time. I purchase cars frequently, as we are a family of commuters. I will not be returning to Mazzei Chevrolet.
