Great communication and a good listener. I chose to purchase from South Atlanta over Buckhead because in Buckhead they were selling me what they had vs Lo who focused on my desires which led to me purchasing a new one. Appreciate you focusing on my happiness vs just pushing a sale.

Lorenzo was extremely professional and took the time to truly evaluate my needs instead of simply selling me what would have been best for him or the dealership. He followed up with me and followed through on the deal all the way through closing. What really stood out was his attention to detail and care even after the sale—he invited me back to go through all the features of my new truck so that I could feel completely comfortable and confident in my vehicle. That was extraordinary service. I’ve been driving a Range Rover for the past 10 years and purchased both of my previous vehicles from the Buckhead location, but I’ve never received this level of customer service before. If they can get the inventory to match the sales experience, this location would be phenomenal.

I visited the Buckhead location initially and didn’t have the best experience, but when I arrived at the South Atlanta location Lorenza was amazing! He took the time to help me explore all my options and really made the whole process enjoyable. Although I didn't make a purchase this time, I'm super excited to come back and shop when I'm ready!
