I have bought 3 cars (2 Outlander sports/1 Mirage)from Auto Giants in Manassas over the past 6 1/2 years and I can’t tell how well I have been treated by the service department(Toby service manager)and the sales staff and finance department. They saw me coming. I was about to go on a huge trip and my money was all tied up. My car fell apart and I needed something fast so I went to Auto Giants. They brought out this Kia soul and it looked nice and they told me it was a 2018. But unfortunately I was desperate that day didn't read any paperwork when I signed found out when I got home it was a 2016. When I sign the paperwork I noticed it was like over 20% interest but I signed because it was desperate. They add on all kinds of charges I didn't want the warranty but I was told it was a must. When I did get home and look at the paperwork I see that the finance charges astronomical. For what I'm being charged I could have bought a Lexus.. the next day I called my bank and asked what the value was on this car the value was $4,000 less than what they charged me. I don't think I have any recourse but please don't go to these people and if you do check out everything. There were no mats in the car. The other day I got a flat tire I called AAA there was no tire in the back, no tools nothing. What am I going to do at 8:00 at night when I have nobody to call I had the car towed. I had to buy a full package, tire and tools. I thought this was part of a safety check. Buyer beware, look that car over
