This was the easiest auto trade and purchase experience I?ve ever had. (Faster than CarMax, even!) Charles Monroe was amazing - I really enjoyed working with him. I love my new car and I?m so glad I chose Auto Giants Mitsubishi!

New car

I called them and told them I want a base model and the lady told me that she has the car I told her many times If she was sure because I live far away and it is a 4 hours drive and she assures me that they have many base models. Not I only lost time I also arrived the night before booked a hotel and in the morning they told me that they do not have the car. They lied to me. They kept telling me at the dealer that I spoke with the cooperate center when I showed them the number they said this is the number for the dealer. They play games and waste your time they are not professional at all. They wasted my time for nothing. I don’t recommend dealing with them at all.

Satisfied customer

Very detailed and they stuck to the price advertised. Honest company and will definitely refer friends and family, so they can take advantage of there great service. Nothing better than seeing a price and paying that price to the dollar. Thank you for your high integrity Autogiants

Great experience

My wife and I had an awesome experience at Autogiants, we were treated like family, there was absolutely no pressure throughout the entire time we were there, our salesman was extremely professional and guided us the entire way. Everyone from the salesman to the managers we dealt with were courteous and extremely patient because we really didn’t know what we were looking for when we came in, LOL! Thank you Autogiants! We will definitely recommend and will absolutely be back!

Well knowledge associate pointed out quality best for me

Well Floyd Whitlock was the associated that made me feel very confident and safe with my choices. He made sure to pay attention to my needs as to a work truck. Found me one in minutes and had information ready by the time I arrived at dealer. Definitely would recommend eastern to all my friends and family.

Must see Floyd Whitlock

Went in to the office based on a preapproval. Wasn't expecting anything but Floyd sent us out with something nice for the family. 3 row seating, very satisfied he was very professional and knowledgeable of his job thank you

Very clean respectful salesman my salesman was funny I love

Very clean place of business and very respectful salesman I say respectful because all my questions were answered and it didn't seem to bother mr. Whitlock when I kept asking questions he answered all of my questions and made sure I understood them all great job
