All the prices listed for this dealership are lower than the actual price unless you pay cash or use a preferred lender. If you have pre approval from... your bank, the car is more expensive. Fees are always 900 dollars, and they refuse to negotiate prices at all even when you can easily point out issues with the vehicle. This place has a low rating for a reason, go somewhere else.
I never visited the site because I found out the car they were selling had structural damage not in their listing. I decided I did not want to purchase... a car with this type of defect.
We arrived with the intention of purchasing one of their vehicles. We park and get out of the vehicle and get stopped in our tracks about 40 feet from... out vehicle. We were told we needed to move our car because we were parked in the "dealer parking" area. There were about 4 cars in that lot and about 12 empty spaces and we were the ONLY customers on the lot. We agreed to move our car to the other lot (which was on the other side of the building) and walk back over. Right there set a bad tone. Why put the customer parking in the furthest lot?? They guy also tells us that there are no sales persons, and if we liked a car to just take a pic of the tag and come into the building and find him. Again... bad. We continued to look and agreed on one we would like to test out. We walk back to the building and all the doors we went to (6) were locked. There was no one out on the lot either. We decided to give up and that this company obviously did not need or want our purchase and left.
I live 5 hours away from this dealer and tried to work out the inspection, pricing and shipping details and the dealer was non-responsive and once they... did respond, did not provide any of the information requested and simply stated, first come first serve. Not helpful and not customer friendly.
Worst customer experience I have ever witnessed in my entire life. I understand it’s a used car dealership so the salesman aren’t familiar with features... and specifications, but the employees could not care less about the cars they are selling. Every answer to all questions asked were essentially runarounds, and nobody bothered to attempt to figure answers out. After two evening visits, we decided to purchase a vehicle and returned a third time with a check in hand. As the deal was being processed, we were informed that they could not sell the car because somebody had reported the mileage as being double the actual amount on the odometer, and they had to fix the listing before selling the car (mind you, this is the DEALERS MISTAKE.) When asked how long this would take and how the price would be affected, we were told it could take weeks, if not more, because they had to report it to Carfax, the DMV, corporate, etc. The finance lady refused to reach out to the owner or the person who sets the price of the cars, telling us she would give us a call as soon as the listing was back online, but not without giving us plenty of attitude after she realized she couldn’t answer our questions. THE NEXT DAY, we noticed that the listing was back online with the correct mileage and a new price. We were never notified. Upon calling to make sure the car was actually available, we were immediately told that their system “was down.” THE POINT: their cars are very well priced, but this dealership is SEVERELY lacking in basic customer service and RESPECT for their customers time. Please, spend your money somewhere else. If you want to buy a used car without the fuss and with individuals who have been taught how to have appropriate human interactions, go literally anywhere else.
Called numerous times, finally got someone on the phone, asked for price on car because I was paying with a cashiers check, she said she’d call me back,... I’m stilling for that phone call it’s been over a month I’ve tried calling afterwards as well to get a price for the same car noone answered.there voicemail is not setup,It’s a very bad impression for first time customers who’d like buy a car at your dealership. Not impressed. FYI the suv i was going to purchase was over $25,000.Would not recommend this dealership.
You’re so awesome thank you for everything I had the most wonderful buying experience they really took great care of us and made sure we were taken care... of
Bought a SUV a month ago and still waiting on the Tag Information. Have called 5 times, hung up on twice, and put on hold for what seemed like hours.... I still don't have the tag information. RUN from this dealership! Their technique is to offer very low prices, but they still charge $900 fee on every vehicle! Not worth it. Better off at a real car dealership.
I started the buying process for a car over the phone from West Virginia. Filled out the financing application on line and sent the dealership all the... proof of income required. The bank, Ally, took almost 2 weeks to get back to me about being accepted for financing. I called every other day to the dealership asking if they had hear anything and the answer was always, "not yet". Finally the answer came and I was given the payment information I would be paying monthly. $412.??. My husband and I flew to Florida to pick up our new car. I called them 2 days before to let them know when I would be there so they would have the paperwork ready. I called them the morning of so they would have the paperwork ready. When we got there, the paperwork was not ready. We sat there in that place for 3 hours. When we finally got in to sign the contract, the page with all the figures on it was changed 3 times before we could finish the signing. Another page was also changed once. We told them we wanted the car titled in MY name and I was going to transfer my WV registration to the Vehicle. They said they couldn't do that. Any other car we had bought, did as we wished so this makes no since. They made us pay WV sales tax twice for some reason also. When we got home, it was discovered that we didn't have a copy of the page where the numbers were changed 3 times. I had no actual Bill of Sale. I did find a copy of a Florida registration in my husband name which could be the reason I can't get this mess fixed! I went to the DMV in WV and was told that I needed something from the Dealership so I could get my registration. So 9 phone calls and 11 emails later, I have an expired registration, the dealership was adamant that they would not give us any extensions on our 30 day time period! I just had to make the first payment on a car I can even drive yet!! The calls are always answered by the people standing at the door and all they do is deliver messages and tell the caller they will be called back. I have answered the same question over and over again and one person doesn’t know what the other is doing. I am still waiting for a resolution to get my car registered in the right state and in the right name. I will be seeking legal counsel on Monday.
Had the vehicle I saw online. Good prices, no hassle and accommodating customer service. Took a little longer than I would like, but the dealership was... quite busy the day I purchased. Melissa did a great job, along with Roger and Fred too. Very easy transaction, I would buy again from EVO.
