Large good, clean selection of certified inventory. 1st time ever saw a CarFax report for an intended purchased vehicle that allowed me to learn a considerable amount of history. Everyone was friendly, Don was very accommodating. Felt more comfortable purchasing a vehicle from the dealership than online, from an individual, or auction which is much more of a crapshoot. With a Certified used vehicle Oakes Kia places their reputation on the line which they appear to actively maintain. Need to follow-up on a small item that was discussed during negotiations which I foresee being resolved by their service department.

Had an oil change done and tires rotated. I asked for the brakes to be checked and did not happen. The next day after taking my car in for service my battery had to be replaced.

I felt that the dealership had my car too long causing me
I felt that the dealership had my car too long causing me to have to rent a car for longer than needed, this cost me over 600 dollars including my service, which could not be resolved. I also could not get in for service for 3 weeks which cost me over 500 dollars in rental cars. I think a Kia should last longer than 5 years. I have had many cars and never had one that had such a small life to it. Otherwise, I loved the way it looked, and the outside of the car was durable but that was about it.
I am disappointed to read about the inconvenience and costs you've experienced due to your car's service timeline. We understand how frustrating this can be, especially when it impacts other aspects of your life, like needing a rental car.
