I cannot say enough good things about the incredible team at Nissan Lithia Springs! From the moment I called to inquire about a vehicle, I was met with exceptional service. Rudane, who handled my initial inquiry, was not only considerate and funny but also incredibly straightforward—something I greatly appreciated as a young woman navigating the car-buying process. He gave me all the details I needed about the car, sent photos, and made sure I was informed every step of the way. Though I initially thought I missed out on the car I had my heart set on, Rudane went above and beyond, contacting me the next morning to let me know it was still available. Despite the chaos of Hurricane Helene, the team stayed two hours past closing to accommodate me and my mom, ensuring that we were taken care of during the entire process. The finance team, Tyrell and Tiana, were equally outstanding, working diligently to get me the best deal possible. They even included fantastic features like tinted windows, a LoJack system, and paint repair. Although I ended up purchasing a Honda Accord Touring, the experience felt as if I had left with a brand-new Nissan due to the team's attentiveness and care. They made me feel special by letting me ring the victory bell and even placed a bow on my new car, creating a moment I will never forget. After my traumatic car accident and a year-long wait to buy a new car, I couldn’t be more thankful for trusting Nissan Lithia Springs with this major decision. I highly recommend this dealership for anyone in search of a new vehicle—you will be treated with respect, and the team will go above and beyond to make sure you leave satisfied.

Paid Service not complete/done
My service on 6-6-23 was not completed, and as others have said there still has been no communication from Cas Small the service advisor!!! I left multiple messages as well as sent multiple emails and still nothing!!! I also emailed the Executive Manager on 6-15-23 and as of today still no response!!! Be careful if you take your vehicle to this dealership for service.

Liability waiting to happen!
The worst experience EVERYTIME. This dealership is so incompetent and very non-caring for their customers. I came in during the summer in reference to the class action lawsuit involving my headlamp and they sent me away stating that I needed to wait on a letter from Nissan. They claimed that the case ID number and the postcard that I received in the mail was a scam and that Nissan would send "the real one". I ignorantly believed them and today they stated that I am too late for the headlamp replacement. Brandon stated today that my headlamps are dim, but still did nothing to assist with the liability issue. Once I spoke with Ron and Brandon, they stated that the issue was a Nissan issue not theirs. Please take your car and your matters to another dealership and save yourself a headache dealing with them holding your car longer that average, no communication, and false information guidance.

A Service writer that finally listened to me!!!
The only prob I really had, was that I really needed a loaner/rental and never got one. Granted, the service I rec'd from Matthew mostly made up for that. He was the first service writer out of 7 yrs worth, that listened to me and did all he could to determine the issues with my Rogue. I honestly could have hugged him (but Covid), because I am just so thankful I had an ear from someone that heard what I was saying and took it in and diagnosed it accordingly. This is my second Rogue I've owned and both have had AC issues and I am happy to report, my AC has worked perfectly since picking my car back up. Also, they only had my car for about 4 days total taking the weekend into account. Will gladly bring my vehicle back as long as I can deal with Matthew.

Scheduled milage maintenance
Although visit was for basic maintenance, my car was throughly inspected. A few items were found that I declined to have preformed on my previous service. It was brought to my attention. Again I was giving an opportunity to accept or decline the work. I feel the service was by the book and nothing was done without my authorization. Professional! Time will tell how well the service was done. All seemed good when I left.
