Didn't feel rushed or pushed into buying. Do wish I could have gotten some cash off the car since I had to wait a month to get my car.

You have extremely courteous staff and a very nice waiting area. I was very pleased. I liked getting a text about the status of my service, and it was done very quickly.

Jeep Grand a Cherokee oil change

Was able to easily drop off this vehicle, the waiting room had good space for me to work, clear explanation of what was done and might need to be done in the future.

Made and offer on a 2021 Ram truck.

Made and offer on a 2021 Ram truck. I was told that they couldn't budge on price because they were already under water on it. Within hours on the same day I got an automatic message from their website saying the price on the truck was reduced by $1000. Really! you just told me you could budge on the price. And they wonder why car dealers have bad reputations. Not sure why anyone would ever go there again to buy a car when they are being lied to.

I did have the GM contact me after posting this review. Although I may not believe that he is the only that knows about price reductions on vehicles at the dealership, I understand. I think the dealership wants to make as much as possible off of the sale of a vehicle. As much as the customer wants to save as much, but I don't know how many dealers have told me over the years that they can't move on price and call me the next day asking if I still want the vehicle for that price. It's ok to say no, just don't say no, we can't go down in price, and the same day reduce the price on your website. That makes the customer mad, may never come back, and may even leave a bad review that lots of people may read.
